  The drive-through line took a little while longer than normal, but still overall within a timely manner. Food was OK, the food from McDonald’s tends to normally look smooshed as they drop everything in the bag on top of each other so I would not expect very much different from this location.

  The manager on duty should never talk to an employee in the manner of what she did. The short little blonde girl was on top of her game and the female black manager destroyed her on the front line for no reason. I received no receipt from the kiosk nor did I have one on my bag. I spent my entire career in the QSR industry. This manager needs some HR training or removed.

  Listen, I obviously know McDonald’s isn’t fine dining but I do expect the employees to know how to alternate drive thru lanes and work on orders in the order in which they were received. I’m so sick of getting in a lane and the other lane taking 2-3 cars before somebody takes your order in the other lane. OR when they pull you and five other people up and somehow people that ordered long after you got their order first. AND STOP FORGETTING THE SAUCE!!!!!! I’ve literally worked at McDonald’s and it quite literally is not hard to remember to add sauce to the bag. Whoever is running this McDonald’s is doing a horrible job. Also, ya’ll are the only McDonald’s that ain’t never received the K pop demon hunter happy meals.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I’m waiting on an order, myself and another customer were walked by several times and noone acknowledged us at all. The manager who was over 6’2 clearly could see us and never said “someone will be you in a moment” I expect this behavior from Walmart not McDonalds for brunch very disappointed a quick acknowledgment goes along way.

  Pulled up at 7:09 To the drive thru ready with my mobile code. The left lane is rolling through cars, the person ahead of me at the microphone hasn’t been greeted yet, 20 min go by, so I go inside because this is unacceptable. Wait 7-10min before anyone even greets me. When I get someone to help, she looked at me like I was crazy and I gave the Mobile code and she goes back to what I presume to drop the code into the system. (27-30 minutes have passed) Another 5-7 minutes go by and I ask for a refund and to cancel the order, to which she walks off and all of a sudden my order is now ready. (32-37 minutes total). Then I fill up my cup and leave. I check my order in the truck and it’s not completely correct but close enough (had pickles and a medium? Fry) not worth going back in but just the cherry on top for a wildly frustrating trip for fast food. Should have ordered Buffalo Wild Wings to go and it would likely been quicker or atleast a nicer meal. Overall chaos inside too, couldn’t tell you about the drive thu since it didn’t happen at all. Your time is as valuable as your cash, go somewhere else. This is a consistently SLOW location often accompanied by cold fries, but was exceptionally slow and terrible today. Go to another restaurant in the area if you value your time and hot fries. People just want hot fries.
