    The staff there are super rude and shouldn’t be involved in the service industry. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. They didn’t treat me or my wife life people and embarrassed me infront of my kids it was a horrible experience. The food was cold when we finally got it I can’t tell you if they even really cooked it

    Apparently it's okay for the managers to scream at customers with their children, and laugh at them because they had gotten the pickup time wrong. Definitely won't be coming here EVER again.

    I ordered a triple cheeseburger with only ketchup, and what I received was very disappointing. It appeared that an existing sandwich may have been modified rather than made fresh to order. The burger looked like other toppings had been removed, an extra patty was added, and ketchup was applied afterward. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand mistakes happen, but the restaurant was not busy at the time of my visit. In addition, the dining area was not well maintained. The drink station was dirty, and there were no drink lids available. Overall, the cleanliness and food quality reflected a lack of attention to detail and customer service. The pictures might not do justice but having the burger in person, you can see it was dismantled and reused.

    I don’t know what’s going on with fast food places these days, but we literally waited in line for close to 45 min for our food. Would have backed up and left but there were cars behind us and we couldn’t get out. Luckily we weren’t in a rush, and I normally don’t post reviews on fast food chains but this was 100% unacceptable

    I just came for the second time since leaving this review and ordered a chocolate shake. One side was light brown one side was completely white. I mean completely. I was frustrated but I smiled and said can I please get that mixed in so it's chocolate it just it's frustrating to get a vanilla shake. She turned the cup around to the chocolate side and said all of this is chocolate. I paused because I thought are you serious? I paused and took a deep breath and said I'm just frustrated when I order a chocolate shake that it looks halfway...if you want to see it's just so frustrating. The second time she interrupts me hands it to me as I said I was kind of like it's just frustrating thank you for making it and she has it to me and then no eye contact or anything just points and tells me since I'm getting my hamburger go to slot one I shut my door I'm so pissed. You have that beautiful wonderful older lady in the morning at the window taking orders you have Katrina who's here in the afternoon sometimes taking orders and there are some nice people but I am so tired of some of the customer service here but especially stuff like this. If you have the ability to look at my reviews you are the only one star review I have out of hundreds of reviews that I will only leave five star and I am so sick of it. I don't expect a perfect chocolate shake it's not an ice cream shop but for like 2 years now whenever I come it's part vanilla. And I don't think it's ridiculous for me to be frustrated that 100% of the time...... Not 99% of the time..... 100% of the time I get a shake that is so light it doesn't even look chocolate or it doesn't have any brown on some of it only to always be told "that's just how the machine makes it" but what does it make sense is I can come back inside and politely say could we try again? And all the sudden my take is chocolate it's so frustrating! It just gives me anxiety to drive here sometimes being irritated about this stuff I'd rather drive 5 more mi the other way and get a chocolate shake at the other one. I only get it when my daughters want it. It's just ridiculous and I don't even think you take these seriously. The answer before is oh we don't want to let you down I'll share it with my shareholders. This whole thing is ridiculous. You want feedback? At least make it seem like you're taking it seriously. As far as the cashier goes it's whoever was at the window at 12:00 in the afternoon on July 5th . I probably would have recognized that if I'm irritated I wouldn't have been irritated at whoever had to take the shake back but getting cut off twice no eye contact to speak of it all which was just annoying because I was trying to say stuff to her having her shut the window in my face I wasn't a fan of any of it it's just this used to be such a nice place and it's not anymore. When I get a chocolate milkshake here... IT WITHOUT FAIL LOOKS LIKE VANILLA with light brown steaks.🤦 Not only here. And if I say something I hear the same answer every time. "That's just the way the machine makes it" But then how come I can come into the store and try and politely ask for them to try again and explain that it looks more like vanilla than chocolate??? And somehow I get a chocolate milkshake after I wait for them to remake it? With the exception of Katrina at the window in the afternoon... As long as I'm leaving a review that's honest... my honest feedback is that I am so sick and tired of going up to a window and having someone say a dollar amount or tell me to go wait somewhere without smiling or a greeting or anything. I am a person. I hate going to this McDonalds because you'll hear "Pull up to the door" "10.63" Etc With no eye contact, no smile, no greeting. Or someone will just swing your bag or drink out without even looking out of the window. Katrina stands out because she makes everybody feel amazing. And there are many nice people that work there... But these are real issues that make my experience negative when I go.
