  People helping me get my coffee were very nice. I wasn’t a fan of my watered down cold brew and they assisted me very nicely and gave me some espresso shots to make it taste better (stronger) and were very nice and helpful - the cold brew though was very watered down but the extra espresso shots saved it - thank you to the ladies that helped me!

  First time at this Dunkin and I barely go anyway. Customer service was fine, but food was horrible. The 25 count of munchkins was supposed to be regular, blueberry and chocolate but I only received some regular and some really gross munchkins with white sprinkles on them. I don't even know what the flavor was, it was nasty. The breakfast sandwiches were greasy and hash brown bites soggy and inedible. Not going back.

  They run out of donuts in the morning, so slow, drive thru can take 30 min for 4 cars

  They are only concerned with the drive through and ignore people inside and even going through the drive through doesn’t mean they get your order correct either. They also put the slowest person on the inside counter who doesn’t know where or what anything is so it takes 15 min for a two item order.
