I placed an order at 10:46 and received a call at 10:50 from a young lady who stated they were unable to deliver my order because they were “slammed.” I told her that was completely fine and that I could come pick it up instead. She then informed me that the order had already been voided and that it would take 1–2 business days for the refund to return to my card. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated she was the manager on duty but refused to provide her name. When I began recording and asked her to repeat what she said—because the situation didn’t make sense—she hung up on me. This isn’t about the money—it’s about the level of customer service. Situations happen, but how they are handled matters. Hanging up on a customer and refusing to provide basic information is not acceptable. I will Be there as soon as they open Tomorrow
