  I have to say this was the worst order I’ve ever placed with Buffalo Wild Wings (Through DoorDash). Every single item in our order was disappointing. The chicken was extremely overcooked, and dry. Even the ones with sauce were dry under all of that sauce. The French fries were just as bad, overcooked to the point where they were hard and barely edible. Whoever put my food together should be ashamed and ask themselves would they eat this garbage. When you’re paying for a family order, you expect at least decent quality, and this fell far below that standard. Very disappointing experience overall. I hope quality control improves, because this was not acceptable.

  I give yall three stars because this is the first time this has happened to me. 4/16/2026 at 9:25 pm one of your staff answered the phone, first I wasn’t sure if I called the right place because when I called she said hello (and that’s it) when I told her I wanted to place an order she said ok, I waited for her to tell me she was ready AND SHE HUNG UP!! I called back same thing hello (that’s it) I asked did you just hang up on me and she said no I told her I called to place an order and she responds what do you want? I told her she needed to work on her customer service because that was not it. She was on speaker as I was ordering for multiple people. We didnt place our order we were going to head up there to speak with a manager but figured she may be a child please train your staff in customer service because that conversation should have went a lot better than that.

  My husband put in an order for wings for Super Bowl night and was floored. Firstly, the manager greeted him at the door (and opened it for him). He said they had tables set up and full of all the orders they were pushing out in preparation for the day! The food was delicious, everything was labeled, organized and just as we ordered. Just wanted to share that this BWW team is amazing! Kudos to you all and will continue ordering - thank you!!
