  I was very disappointed at my first visit on yesterday! The young lady at the counter taking orders was more concerned with assisting her fellow Hispanic consumers rather than myself and my 80 year old mother. After she served all of the male customers she proceeded to get an attitude because I asked her why weren't we being served. She overcharged my 80 year old mother and it would probably have went unnoticed had my order been correct. (how many other customers have been overcharged?) I'm thankful for the manager who had to tell her to take a break. My sandwich had to be remade, which wasn't her fault. She rang it up correctly. I'm sure it's a good place to eat, but yesterday I did NOT get a good first impression of this Bojangle's. I watched a young man go to break and I was still waiting on my food after he came back from break. I will not be returning any time soon!! The service was absolutely unacceptable. I work in customer service and I can understand that things happen but it's never what you say it's how you say it. And the dining room was dirty to make things worse! I hope corporate does a pop-up visit! Sincerely, an unsatisfied customer!

  Stood at the register for a few minutes with workers looking at the customers, not letting front counter help know we were standing there. No apology for the delay, nothing. There were st least six customers waiting.

  I used to absolutely love Bojangles in general. This location is right down the road from my house so I’d stop here frequently. I have been going less and less because the quality of the food has been getting worse and many times my order is incomplete when I open it up at home. Went today after not having been there for a good long while. Food was awful. Just absolutely awful. Fries were undercooked and cold, chicken was not fresh and the quality of the meat was the worst I have ever tasted from any Bojangles location. We ain’t moving anytime soon but I WILL NOT be back to this location again. If I owned this place I would be up in there every day until the quality was back to a high level. Obviously nobody cares right now from top all the way down. I HATE cooking and doing dishes all the time. So it’s nice to grab some fast food occasionally. But I am not going to waste my money on crap that I just have to throw away and then still be hungry. How about a quality hot meal for the fair price we are paying?

  The food does not taste fresh. They were out of cinnamin biscuits. The bo rounds are always undercooked and old. The drive thru person was very rude and did not repeat back the order which caused confusion. Do yourself a favor and go to Hardees or Biscuitville instead.

  I’ve eaten inside this Bojangles multiple times and recently within the past 2 and a half weeks, the worker known as Jessica has been hounding the absolute hell out of one of their new hires. A lot of the stuff is over small things that weren’t even that poor girls fault. Telling at her almost every time they talk but act completely different towards the rest of the workers. Completely and utterly shameful and embarrassing. I assume she’s a higher up of some kind but whoever is above her needs to check her work ethic immediately and correct/ discipline her. I heard the other workers speak loud enough to gossip about her as well. What an absolute clown show for a fast food restaurant. New management is needed bad.
