- DSDarlene Smith5 days ago5.0I just went to Bojangles driver thru in Cameron, NC and it was a wonderful experience. The young lady before the drive thru taking orders was the kind of person you feel like you've known forever and could just sit down with her and talk at length. She was so kind and efficient at her job, and she had the best personality. The young lady at the drive thru was friendly and had a great attitude. As she was filling a cup of Iced Tea the spout malfunctioned and Iced Tea started going everywhere. She tried to control it but was unable to. Another employee saw it and quickly got the Manager. The Manager ran over and as she was fixing it the first thing she did was ask the young lady, 'Are you ok?'. So many managers would have blamed and scolded the employee, but instead, the employee was her first concern, then taking care of the problem. As I watched the kitchen staff as I waited for my food, what I saw was every single employee working TOGETHER. No slackers, no bad attitudes and no annoying showboats trying to get attention. After the cashier waited on his last Customer, he grabbed a broom and started sweeping up. The whole kitchen and floor looked very clean anyway, but he found some things that needed to be done. Everyone was doing their jobs with pleasant attitudes and working together with each other. That should be the norm, but in this day and age, unfortunately this is unusual. They are setting the standard back up to where it should be. After I got home with my food, oh my heavens, it was exceptionally delicious!!! Every item was so fresh, hot and exactly how it was supposed to be. In my opinion this particular Bojangles should be a Flagship Bojangles Restaurant, and the Manager and employees should receive recognition for setting the standard high.
