Never acknowledged my presence at all! I was furious and just drove all.

So when I went to pick up my cake on my husbands birthday NOTHING was made. They offered a refund but that wasn’t an option..they offered another cake but not the flavors he liked. I had ordered some other stuff as well to complete the cake . The cake was the centerpiece of the party!!! Luckily, Miranda (another baker) was able to make a last minute cake in 2 hours !!!!! I was so so happy that she did that for me and my husband loved it! She really saved the day. Still a happy customer. I hope to work with her again. Great customer service, she worked on a last minute order and that means a lot . Thank you so much

The employee didn't want to serve us then when she finally came over to take our order she rolled her eyes and was rude as can be. To top it off non of the employees wore gloves and their finger nails we at least 1.5 inches long!!! Disgusting!!!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
