Not sure which is worse - the food or the service. Staff is very disorganized and unprofessional. I arrived to pick up an order at the suggested time and was told it was just about out of the oven.
Nearly 30 minutes later, multiple other customers had come and gone, and I asked again about my order. She took my name (again) and brought out our boxes that had been sitting in the warmer nearly the entire time I had been waiting.
When I addressed this, the employee rolled her eyes and shared an exasperating list of her "to do" items. She never acknowledged the unnecessary wait and didn't offer a discount (which probably would have kept me from writing this review).
I could partially chalk this up to understaffing - but not entirely. I had plenty of time to watch the kitchen - and the chaos was apparent.
While I was waiting, she turned away a family of 5 saying "I can't do dine-in right now". The kids were bummed. Sure enough, the dining room was completely empty. One wonders how they even stay in business.
And... even though I never have huge expectations of Pizza Hut, the food from this one was especially crappy (one pizza undercooked, the other overcooked, and the cheese crust tasted like chemicals).
It was also way overpriced.
That said, I'd like for this to be a constructive review, so...
HERE ARE A FEW TIPS:
1. Create a system so people are served their food in a logical order (including how to prioritize drive-up vs. in-store pick-ups, etc.)
There should NOT be 6 people in line who all have to give their name multiple times - let alone risk being forgotten altogether. If the customer is present, they get their food while it's still hot.
2. Staff your store appropriately. Have enough staff there in the first place - or, at the very least, prepare your staff on how to appropriately handle rushes.
3. Know when to take responsibility (or even give a discount). Understand that most people are picking up pizza because it's supposed to be fast, easy, hot, and (at least somewhat) tasty.
When you can't meet this basic criteria, know that it's your process, cooking, and/ or staffing that needs to change - not your customers' expectations.
When appropriate, give your customers a discount. It's a lot cheaper than what the bad reviews are costing you (whether they're from word of mouth or Google).
Good luck. I, for one, will not be eating there again.

Pizza is under cooked. Crust is super soft! Ordered pepperoni lovers and it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza without the extra pepperoni. Also, your prices are way too high. I can and do make pizza at home which costs me much less and tastes much better than your takeout. Your pizza use to be delicious!
Wait time? If a pizza isn’t ready, why do they let people sit at the window instead of parking? The last one I picked up was barely warm bc I had to wait forever on the people in front of me who were waiting bc their pizza wasn’t ready!!! We do not order from this place anymore.

This location used to be solid and consistently great - in fact one of the best in terms of consistent quality and order accuracy. Over the past several months, it has tanked, both in quality and accuracy. Avoid this location until issues can be resolved. Customer support has failed twice to resolve our concerns.

Coming to Pizza Hut was truly a mistake on a Friday night. We tried to call the store like 4 times and couldn’t get through to anyone. The service is absolutely terrible here. I do not recommend ordering anything from this place.

“Saturday my husband and I went out to eat together at the Burnsville Pizza Hut. We dined in and ordered a Large Pan Super Supreme, some wings, a salad and bacon cheese sticks. The service was outstanding. Shortly after we ate we asked our waitress, Stacy, if she could tell the cook they did a great job. She then told us that the District Manager was the one who made their order as he was there helping out because it was so busy and they were short on staff. I loved that he was there. It speaks volumes of how people take care of their employees. We have always loved this location and now even more!”
