  I will say since june or july the food and the customer service has gotten way better, and the night crew is so nice and they actually care about what food they send out!

  When order arrived, driver left before realizing it was short 1 pizza. Called the Burnsville location, from it was ordered from, on hold 45 minutes. No one ever picked up, finally gave up. Pizza Hut corporate sent a coupon for free pizza, which wasn’t free since had already paid for. Placed another order to use coupon only to be denied at Burnsville location, went ahead with the order anyway. Been waiting 1 1/2 hours so far with no delivery, no way to speak with anyone local. After finally getting someone local to answer, only to find out they have no one to deliver. Order cancelled. No excuse for poor management.

  This location doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered plain breadsticks and waited 20 minutes when I went to pick them up, they were cheesy bread (which my children can not eat cheese) so when I took them back, I was told that it would be another 20 minutes and when I explained we had to get on the road because we were traveling. I was told I could not even have a refund. Furthermore, the rudest employee Kaylee, when I asked if they could give me the right order, she looked at me and said “you don’t eat cheese?” and then, when I explained, my children can’t have it, and I asked her if she had even one order of plain breadsticks in the back she again rudely replied “we are not Papa John’s” when she refused my refund and said I had to call I told her I would call and I left with the cheese bread sticks hoping I could take off the cheese and atleast have something. As I was taking off the cheese and attempting to throw it in the trashcan, she comes out the front door of the store yelling at me that I can’t do that and pick up the piece of cheese that had fallen on the ground. I told her I would not pick it up and she then followed me to my car which scared my children, yelling the whole way until I drove off. Thanks to Kaylee it made this Pizza Hut worse then usual.
