  Very slow in the evening. Had to wait almost 30 minutes when they told us 13. They need to be prepared and trained better to do their jobs.

  Food as well as service has definitely went downhill since the opening of Bojangles with people eating in the kitchen while preparing customers orders also we go in to eat and not listen to all the drama of somebody's private life what happened to the courtesy as they pass you almost knock you down and don't say excuse me how about when you pay for your food and then receive it where's the thank you and come back again where is all the common courtesy went I think a lot of this lies with the managers come on you need to step up take a hold of your people and show them that is if you know how to serve your customers

  Bojangles serves very good food of course this one is my hometown Burnsville North Carolina. They have excellent service excellent food I absolutely love the ham egg and cheese biscuits I go there every morning Monday through Saturday to get my breakfast for work. I love Bojangles biscuits I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out either for breakfast lunch or dinner they're very clean and ready to help their customers.

  I have been here multiple times. The food is always amazing. The service is always great. The people that work there Are always kind I’ve been to other Bojangles where I’ve been rude to you or had to wait 30 minutes for my food and I never have to do that here! The GM zerita has done an amzing job at this restaurant, thanks for all your hard work!!
