  Walked in, and it was crowded and messy. I had to wait in a line to order and there was no cashier for awhile. The crew was busy doing nothing but wandering around looking confused. There seemed to be no manager and nobody over 18. A girl finally came from the back to take everyone’s order. I then waited over forty minutes for my order. I heard multiple other people complaining about having to wait over thirty minutes as well. It was ridiculous. The cashier who took me wrote down my order as well as other orders after we let them know we’d been waiting. She gave the list to the smoothie and cook crew who still somehow failed to make and deliver the singular smoothie and bowl to me. She finally made my smoothie herself, which is what should’ve been done in the first place if the entire crew is that slow. Guess what? I still somehow did not get my smoothie after I saw it blended. The cashier disappeared and I did not get my smoothie. They cannot do anything.They all seem to be in high school and untrained. There was a door dasher waiting for almost an hour. The entire crew is not ready for rushes. It is a fast food restaurant. Under no circumstances should multiple people be waiting almost an hour for a smoothie. When I finally got my smoothie it tasted like ice with unblended chunks of fruit. My bowl was messily done with Nutella on the sides. I asked for no coconut and still received coconut.

  Service lacked enthusiasm and speed. Waited over 20 minutes for a acai bowl. Staffs needs more motivation while working to serve guests

  The worst tropical smoothie I’ve been to (I’ve been to 10+ locations). I ordered from Tropical Smoothie Cafe online and waited 20 minutes past the pickup time with there being 6 employees behind the counter doing nothing. The smoothie was poorly blended with chunks and both the food and smoothie tasted terrible. Overall, the long wait and low quality made the experience disappointing.

  they didn’t listen to my order at all, forgot my drink and i told them what i ordered and the guy was rude and gave us attitude for no reason when we weren’t even rude, not to mention we waited in the drive thru for at least 20 mins for 3 drinks and 1 wrap, ridiculous. the guy who took our order said his name was john but i highly doubt that, he had no name tag and is a young white male with no facial expressions. the name on my cup for the register is alexander j so that might be him.

  I waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes, and when I finally got to order, the employee seemed confused about what I was asking for. My sandwich came with bacon even though I specifically said no bacon. My açaí bowl was made incorrectly three times. I ordered no coconut, pineapple instead of banana, and peanut butter drizzle. The first time, it had coconut and banana with no peanut butter. The second time, they added peanut butter but still left the banana. The third time, instead of remaking it, they appeared to remove the banana from the same bowl and just throw pineapple on top. The peanut butter was originally put on bananas, so there was none actually drizzled over the new toppings. At that point, it was clear the order wasn’t being remade property. Just altered and handed back. After a 30-minute wait, that level of carelessness is unacceptable. I’ve had repeated issues at this location, and this will be my last visit. I spent $21 on food I couldn’t even enjoy.
