- JJJennifer JohnsonJun 27, 20261.0I rarely leave bad reviews because I know how hard customer service and restaurant jobs can be. I’ve worked in both for years, so I’m usually pretty understanding. That said, this experience was unacceptable. I showed up around 11:00 PM, three hours before closing, and was forced to order through the robot. After that, I sat in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes without even making it to the window. There was only one car in front of me that made it through before I decided to leave empty handed. At that rate, I was looking at a 35 to 40 minute wait for fast food. I ended up leaving, driving to the Taco Bell on Huffman Mill, ordering my food, getting it, and making it home in less time than I had actually spent waiting at this location. I completely understand that staffing is difficult, especially in fast food, but this level of service just isn’t reasonable. I won’t be coming back to this location.
