  I rarely leave bad reviews because I know how hard customer service and restaurant jobs can be. I’ve worked in both for years, so I’m usually pretty understanding. That said, this experience was unacceptable. I showed up around 11:00 PM, three hours before closing, and was forced to order through the robot. After that, I sat in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes without even making it to the window. There was only one car in front of me that made it through before I decided to leave empty handed. At that rate, I was looking at a 35 to 40 minute wait for fast food. I ended up leaving, driving to the Taco Bell on Huffman Mill, ordering my food, getting it, and making it home in less time than I had actually spent waiting at this location. I completely understand that staffing is difficult, especially in fast food, but this level of service just isn’t reasonable. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  Went today and spent close to $70 for them to completely forget half of my order. We ordered a Baja blast and they told us they needed to replace it because “we’re busy” and they don’t want to change the drink machine. There was one car behind us and one in the lot. I really hate to complain but really? It’s so frustrating that I spent money here.

  This used to be my favorite Taco Bell location but on my last visit it quickly became a location I’ll never visit again. They didn’t give me the fiesta potatoes I ordered and one of food preparers got angry for me saying something. She started fussing and threw her hand up at me. Needless to say I left without my order because who wants food from someone acting like they are ready to fight? Do NOT go to this location unless you are prepared to not get your order or ready to deal with inappropriate workers.

  This is truly the best Taco Bell location I have been to in my twenty-two years of life. I am only slightly embarrassed to admit that I have been an avid customer at this specific Taco Bell location since it opened, and I have not once been disappointed by the service or the food here. I have never left a review for anything before, however, I am graduating in a couple weeks and am moving back home and I had to say my peace before leaving. I am truly shocked at all of the negative reviews on here. I probably go to this Taco Bell minimum three times a week—Actually, lets be real, it’s more than that. I have been through the drive thru, I have sat inside on multiple occasions at varying times of the day and the staff is ALWAYS so sweet, and the food is genuinely assembled better than any other Taco Bell location I have stepped foot in. I hope the staff doesn’t get too discouraged at the negative reviews left on here and I hope they continue to thrive & know they are appreciated!!

  If you want to see a 3 ring circus go to this place. There at 5:30pm took forever while we had to listen to the staff complain an about how they hate there jobs. And talking about all the people calling saying there order was wrong. This is a brand new place that needs to be restaffed fast. I didn’t look at reviews before I went and when I looked at reviews there spot on. Who ever owns this franchise your losing money faster then you can make. I’d be embarrassed to be associated with it
