  Worst Sonic I have ever gone to, they’re mobile apps apparently do not work and when you check in it doesn’t come through on their side and then whenever you ask for refunds because they gave you the wrong order or screwed it up, they give you attitude and get all rude. Absolutely horrible service, we were on a 7 hour road trip to get home and we were literally in the parking lot and like for probably about an hour.

  I gave this place two chances within the last 30 days, and both visits were a complete disappointment. The first time they were out of ice cream, and the second time their ice cream machine was "down." For a business that specializes in shakes and ice cream, that's simply unacceptable. It honestly felt more like they just didn't want to serve customers because it was around 10:00 PM than an actual equipment issue. If you're open, you should be ready to serve the products you're known for. After two wasted trips, I've had enough. I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere that actually wants your business.

  I have seen so many negative reviews that I was worried to try this place again. But I am glad I came. I ordered a chicken toaster combo. Yes it took about 8 minutes for my food but the lady at the front counter Erika told me it would be coming fresh and it most definitely was. They were pretty busy in the dining room so I did not have a problem waiting. I could see that they probably needed extra help though since there was only the lady and a guy in the back working. I was pleased with the service and the friendliness of her. Do not let the reviews fool you, the food is definitely fresh. You just have to be a little patient. Thank you sonic.

  Never had slower service and then bring out food no drinks. We explain we have not gotten our drinks and the carhop goes in and does not come back out. We waited probably longer than should have and had to go in and get the drinks ourselves. Just definitely could have been better.

  Sonic has slowly gone downhill over the last few years. I remember going there all the time as a kid with my parents and grandparents and everyone having a great time. Now you can't even use the carhop service cause they refuse to staff the position, drive through accuracy is all over the place and everyone sounds stressed and unhappy, going inside you're lucky if there's even 1 person that's willing to come up to the front cause everyone is expected to do 3-4 people's jobs in the back. I don't blame the employees at all but sonic you need to do better as a company. More business will come if you can stop driving away the business of say a family of 5 like what happened today. The is not the first time this has happened and until corporate stops prioritizing private wealth over the quality of the service they provide it won't be the last unfortunately. Again this is not a staff issue this is a company issue.
