  The customer service experience depends on who is working. At times, there has been great customer service where I have gone through the line quickly and the employees were pleasant and communicated effectively. However, I have also had an experience in which one of the employees acted bothered that I pushed the red button at the parking stall (an irritated "bruh" is not an appropriate or professional response), then completely ignored the drive thru speaker when I tried that route, and took 30+ minutes to complete the order once I was finally able to talk to someone at the window. It was a frustrating and off putting experience, and was apparently not a first given other reviews dating back several years regarding extended wait times and poor communication.

  Got there on Saturday 9/05 around 5:45 or so only about 4 or 5 cars besides us. Waited for close to 20 minutes to order , pressed the order button every time it stopped flashing. No one took our order, didn't say we'll be right with you not a peep. Very disappointed

  I do not understand why there are only two people working during lunch rush. The drive thru was 10 cars deep and I had to wait 20 minutes for my food in a mobile pick up stall. I was almost late back to work and didn’t have time to check my food but it was incorrect and I had to trash it. It’s not the employees faults that they are overworked and underpaid but I am upset that corporate thinks two people running the place is acceptable business practices.

  I was initially worried to go to this location due to its reviews, but I did. I have a dairy allergy and the lady taking my order was the most helpful when it came to navigating the menu and making sure everything I received was safe for me to eat. She went above and beyond when double checking the ingredient list on the products. Will be coming back!
