  Awful service! Waited 5 minutes before anyone even asked me if they could help me. Same lady walked by me multiple times before even acknowledging me. Not even a “we will be right with you”.

  I could not remember why I stopped eating Pizza Hut for the last 9 years and randomly decided to stop by this location for a personal pan. 🤮 I will just let the picture do the rest of this review because it is a NO for me, FOREVER!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️

  I usually have no problems with this Pizza Hut. However, I ordered a large three topping pizza, and I came home with a single topping pizza. I called the restaurant, and they told me it was because they didn't have the other toppings to use and "had no one that can go pick it up." I would have appreciated a notice when I went to pick up my pizza in person, instead of getting home to see that it was partially completed. Instead, I was told "they TRIED TO change it in the system which could take 30 minutes to show." A courtesy call to ask if I would like other toppings would have been a great route from a customer's point of view. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and I paid for a large 3 topping pizza for a one topping pizza.

  Sedric is an amazing manager. He provided excellent customer service both in person and on the phone. He was extremely friendly, personable, and very apologetic when I received undercooked cinnamon sticks. The rest of my order was fresh and very well made. I was blown away by the quality of the service I received. He was genuinely nice and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Corporate needs to come out and reward him for his hard work.
