  Waited over an hour for a pizza ordered online. Asked two different females if they could check the awaiting pizzas on the shelf and was ignored. I just left. It was probably cold anyway.

  This spot usually is a decent spot to go to, ive had positive experience with carryout, been going to this place for almost a decade now, I didn't plan on writing this review but felt it was necessary since the app didn't allow me to write a review directly to the driver(Jesus)a partner with Papa Johns as a door dash driver is my understanding. What prompted me to write this negative review isn't 1 thing but an accumulation of things. For starters, I got food poisoning, that's what triggered me to post the negative review, the pizza when it arrived(late and cold, really cold)looked like it had been tossed around, my pizza was crumbled up, cheese off some of the pizza, some slices looked like they had been sandwiched together it was really bad, this part of the experience again, was w/e, I warmed up my pizza not a big deal, but on top of this, the guy didn't even speak english, he kept trying to speak to me in spanish even thought I told him I don't speak spanish, he complained to me about the directions not being clear even though I left as clear as directions on the drivers suggestions box on how to get here, told him the color of the home and the direction of it, fine he needed help, so he texts me he's lost, again, I gave him clear and direct, directions to get here, still... he couldn't find the spot, quite honestly it didn't seem like he really cared to try, so I physically had to go outside to wait told him what I was wearing, he finally finds me, gives me my pizza, and coke, and is complaining to me about being lost and the directions not being accurate(which is total bs btw i texted him directions and placed the color of the home on the text box when you order the pie), then threatens me by saying that I should be more clear with directions otherwise he might leave the pizza at the entrance of the neighborhood and that I SHOULD have DROVE to HIM, to get the pizza, the audacity... Brutally rude fella, I didn't say anything was just shocked, gave the guy his tip and that was that but had I seen the quality of the pizza prior wouldn't have gave him a single dime of a tip, not going to lie, he did not deserve it by any stretch of the imagination. On top of that, I ordered this pizza to be sliced into squares(I know not a big issue it's w/e really) and it wasn't sliced into squares the order in general was a disaster, again, I wouldn't have complained about these things it's not that serious, big deal my pizza didn't come how I like it sliced, but it's the accumulation of all these things that really frustrated me, I would have never wrote the review if I didn't get physically sick with food poisoning. My stomach was hurting all morning long could not go to bed, I'm still sick right now but feeling a lot better luckily. It's safe to say, I'll never pay for delivery again, I would physically have to go out there to get the pizza or not idk, getting as sick as I did is not how I like to spend my Sundays. If your driver is named Jesus, be prepare to baby sit this guy for a delivery, delivery service that you paid for. I was really busy that night hence the reason I ordered delivery, still had to put 10-20mins aside to guide this guy even though that was what I was avoiding by driving out there. Completely counterproductive experience.

  I was standing in line for a hour !!!!!!!!!! No one asked if I needed help or anything worst customer service in my life !!!!! Order 95 just keep it I’ll call corporate!!!!?

  A truly terrible employee. He lacks personal hygiene, has long hair with no head covering, and speaks in a loud, shouting voice. His demeanor is boorish and disrespectful. I do not recommend him.
