  I left a review back in 2022 about having a long strand of hair in my pizza. I’m back again Aug.1st to update the fact that the employees are still not wearing any type of hairnets to secure long hair or beards. I went inside to pick up my order and 3 women all had long hair, one had a long piece hanging down in front of her face and she was making pizzas. I was appalled because what is the restaurant standard now when it comes to preparing food. The two men had hats on, I will take that over nothing at all. Hair that long can easily shed into someone’s food. Please do better with food prep and how your workers should be handling food. That hair should be tied back, in a hairnet, and under a hat. I won’t be back to order anything else until I see that the changes have been made.

  Customer service was amazing. The food was not as good as I was desiring the taste of a slice of pizza.

  Terrible experience! Wasted money on their “specialty” Toy Story pizzas that were supposed to come in a collectible box. They showed up in regular papa John boxes. So I paid 7.99 for personal pizzas with the expectation my kids would get a cool Toy Story box (compared to the normal 6.99 medium I could’ve gotten). Then my husband called to explain the situation and the lady was rude as hell. Never eating from this place again.

  The pizza is not terrible - what makes up for it is the delivery service, but that seems to be broken. Our pizza was an hour late, and our calls went directly to voice mail. Their online tracker said they couldn't track our order because it was being delivered by Door Dash. So we called several times and eventually a real person answered. Turned out our pizza was still sitting there because there were no Door Dash drivers - even though we had added a "tip" to the price of the pizza for a driver who never showed up. So they made another pizza for us, summoned Door Dash again, and sent us both pizzas - the cold, greasy one that had been sitting there, and a new one. If you read about these kind of things, you know that Pappa John's "earnings" are down - the company is making less money. If they keep trying to cut costs to make up for lower sales they will keep losing customers, just as they are about to lose us. A wildly unreliable, frustrating, and annoying delivery experience, coupled with a mediocre product isn't a recipe for repeat business.
