  My husband and I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse, and we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sass. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive, personable, and genuinely caring. She consistently checked in on us throughout our meal, making sure everything was perfect and that we were truly enjoying our experience. You can immediately tell that Sass takes tremendous pride in the service she provides. She doesn’t just “wait tables” — she creates an experience where customers feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out, and it made our dinner that much more enjoyable. Great service can absolutely make or break a dining experience, and Sass delivered nothing short of excellence. She is truly one of the lights of that restaurant, and Outback is lucky to have someone like her representing their team. Honestly, her service was so exceptional that she could train others on what outstanding hospitality looks like — although I believe this level of kindness and attentiveness simply comes naturally to her. Thank you, Sass, for making our evening so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

  I ordered the wings with a salad. Everything was wonderful even the curbside service. They kept coming out informing me about the status of my order. Excellent will be going back

  I order from here last night order 2 ribeyes well done & blooming onion. Got home last night My steaks was still bleed I’m guess it’s a rare steak an my blooming onion was so soggy I couldn’t eat it. Tried call all last night no one answered started calling this morning for calls no one would answer finally someone has answer now I’ve been on hold for over 10 minutes this is ridiculous.

  Food wasnt the best. Steaks on two plates were cooked medium rare rather than medium, and the cheese on the Alice Springs dish had already started to harden over upon serving. Chicken was somewhat dry too. The bad thing is it wasn't that busy so making mistakes in food prep while in a huge rush shouldn't have been an issue. The service, however, was very good. Prob go elsewhere in the future because the food quality should match the cost, but it doesn't.

  We came to eat waited about 1 hour to be seated. Waited another 30-45 minutes for out food when it came it was cold.Spent about 21/2 hours there total. Worst experience we've had. Will never go back
