  Waited 30 minutes for my app order. No organization. So many workers but only “drive-thru” can come to the register to do anything to help. And even then she didn’t. At least the food wasn’t bad but seriously why was it taking that long? Were you making love to the burger? Were you raising the cattle from birth to be used? 👎👎👎

  Chris is the manager and she does a very good job. She always takes care of me. She secures the bag without having to call and ask. The food is always quality. I so appreciate this McDonald’s so much. They get the food out quickly, the food is great. Thank you Chris ❤️

  My nephew and I was hungry leaving Burlington and it was 1150p. My nephew ordered a $5 bag and was told they was out of nuggets because they was about to close... I'm tired patronizing businesses that don't RESPECT ME and Appreciate my MONEY...Fryers off before the doors are locked.

  I used the drive thru was quick professional amd both employees spoke very clearly. I paid at the first window and by the time I go to the pick-up window they had it out the window. Many good reviews on many businesses are from employees and no I am not and employee just and older person who appreicates the quick service and kind workers

  I stopped at this exit for fries and a drink. I parked and went inside. I must admit, the inside was clean as well as the bathroom. There was one person sitting inside enjoying their meal. I saw 3 workers working as I stood at the counter. One lady acknowledged me and said, "We'll be right with you." I smiled at her and said, "Ok". You could hear the constant "beeps" from drive thru notification. I was starting to feel a LITTLE impatient, but I kept waiting. Before you knew it, there were 4 other people in line behind me. Some were complaining that their order wasn't correct. I continued to wait because I was first/next in line. The wait became extensive so I just turned and left. I'm not sure if there were other workers back there but from the register I could see 3 people working. It was a little after 6:00 on a Monday. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the lack of customer service was just too much for me. I'm not sure if the other 4 customers stuck around or left also. Shame.
