  The website said they close at 11:00. We walked in a little after 10:00. They workers up front all repeatedly told us they were closed. I told them yeah, that's why I am leaving. Your website needs to be updated so customers do not waste their time when the store is already closed. We went out of our way to go there because the website was wrong.

  This Food Lion is repeatedly the worst ever! I can't wait for something else to open soon. The employees here hate their jobs. The manager ( the Asian man with the hair bun) has the worst disposition ever. Never a smiling face in there. It's never stocked with what you need and they are not helpful.

  The person overseeing self checkout and the one taking care of Customer Service acted like they were doing me a favor when I needed their assistance. (It wasn't an error on my part that the price on 4 items was wrong, nor the fact that the deduction for a BOGO item didn't ring up correctly.) While not outright rude, they were close. Maybe they need to be retrained by the employees at the Glen Raven store.
