  My first time here and sucky experience. My fiancé left a review so I don’t have much to say, but I’m still upset I left without food. Play made a mistake and charged for one hotdog when I clearly said to her a lot enough that we’ll get an extra one only withdraw onions on this one. She gave me the receipt, but I didn’t bother looking cause I thought she heard and charged my fiancé for one. When I got the bag, I walked away, hoping to pull too hot out of it, and only pulled out one. Went back to find out where the second hotdog is, she said we only paid for one, but I ordered two hotdog I replied, she said you’re gonna have to stand in line instead of making one out of two that was on the grill already. It was her mistake, why should I have to go all the way to the back of the line again?. I’m posting the receipt so you can see the time in case you wanna look at the cameras and so you can see who took my order as well because I don’t think the name on the receipt is her name. It says Trevor M, but I don’t think her name is Trevor M. Dark skin lady with glasses and tattoo on her neck. Because it’s my first time here and that experience, I will never come back again. Plenty of other places in the area where I can get food next time. I don’t want her to get in trouble, but I do want someone to talk to her and let her know how unfair that was.

  Unfortunately I love the hot dogs but this visit as it was my fiance's first time an annoyed attitude asking about different things on the menu. Mistakenly not looking up and seeing the menu to start was asking questions about what they had. Like hot dogs but do you have chili for said hot dogs. End up ordering a hot dog with cheese jalapenos onions that are grilled and that was my order my fiance says I'll have the same thing but with raw. Now we were on a short time frame but we waited for our food we get one hot dog and go up and say hey we ordered two. The lady at the front annoyed tells us we have to go all the way in the back of now long line and reorder again when it was her mistake from the first place for not putting in both orders. Poor customer service and made a never coming back client. The receipt says Trevor for the cashier but it was a lady with a tattoo on her neck and glasses. At that moment we grabbed her one hot dog and promptly left.

  The review is on behalf of my son who swears this is the best burger he's had. He was excited to get exactly what he wanted to order which was a double patty with cheese, ketchup, mustard, Mayo, pickles, and lettuce. I watched a nine year old destroy that patty without a second thought.
