- VMvickey murrell1 day ago1.0This is the slowest place I have ever been to I kid you not usually their board is broken and you can't hardly hear them I got to the window after a 20 minute wait and still had to wait 15 minutes at the window to get two cups of coffee and they were not specialty beverages

I have to drive all the way across town to get another one for my child. It is incredibly annoying to wait thirty minutes in a drive through line that you're stuck in.And can't get out of to find out that they ran out of a donut. They're not even that popular of a dunkin', donuts to run out of donuts like this.

Bought a specialty coffee just for it to be more bitter than straight black coffee I could make at home. These employees probably ruin most customers day with this type of crappy energy from everyone in their location.

As they are owned by the same individual, I had expected better management. Having previously worked at one of these locations, I was surprised to find that they still serve day-old donuts and munchkins. Recently, I purchased munchkins for my daughter, which were stale and unpalatable. These locations require new ownership and effective management to rectify their operational issues and provide better customer service.
