- DDDEARIONBEAUTYJun 29, 20261.0This location SUCKS. Literally go to any other Dunkin in Burlington. The one on s church street by Lowe’s and Harris teeter is WAYY better. This is my second time coming to this one and both times the customer service was terrible. The first time the lady taking my order had a super bad attitude and had me repeating my order over and over. Then when I got to the window I sat there for almost ten minutes and no one came to the window. I tried knocking on the window and blowing the horn but the employees ignored me so I drove off and went to the other location on a church street. Then today I stopped by again for a sandwich and sat at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order. I said hello multiple times until someone finally took my order and it was obvious they didn’t want to. Then she rung up my order wrong and I got the wrong sandwich and had to go through the drive through again for my order to be remade. If the service is gonna be like they they might as well just close this location down and put something else there like a 7brew or Dutch bros bc there’s another dunkin that has wayyyyyy better service right up the street.

I finally just walked out. Glad they have friends to talk to.
