Time, because no one was in line and it took her forever to make this two shot glass worth of drink. I should’ve known since they looked closed, no one else was in line, and the employee who took the order in the drive thru sounded like she just woke up. Get better, trained employees to service your store. NO MANAGEMENT ONSITE.

I tried to order a decaf drink and was told they could leave out the sugar syrup. The girl also stated they don’t put espresso in their frozen drinks - I asked what they put in it, and again was told they could leave out the sugar syrup. Having worked at the green apron, I understand the process may be that they have an instant coffee base that is added to frozen drinks - but stating they cant do a decaf just means they don’t want to. You should be able to sub out for decaf espresso. After placing my order (without the decaf blended drink) I made it to the window, and the girl asked if I ordered a caramel macchiato and two other drinks - no. Then she asked if I ordered two other drinks - no. So I told her what my order was, and she closed the window, turning around, looking totally confused. I ended up leaving without my drinks because by that point it was beyond ridiculous. This store needs training - in product, in service. And in how to run the drive through. This is just the latest in several frustrating visits. And yes - I tried to submit something to corporate but they made that difficult too.

Told me I could only choose sweet tea or coffee, I chose tea. Then they handed me 2 small burritos. She hid behind a boy who was also at the window. And they neglected to give me my hash browns. Went in because I was waiting so long I didn’t want others to wait even longer. Manager refunded the burritos but when I came home the tea tastes like it has soda in it. Food: was not enjoyable, I will find somewhere else to eat breakfast. Service: horrible - don’t listen and immature. I will never waste my money or time at this establishment.
