I went inside as I was not happy with my drink that i just paid 6$ for. There is a group of girl employees standing in a circle staring at me & one girl with a blond pony tail is telling her coworkers I ordered a hot coffee which is not the case they then proceeded to laugh as I was walking out of the store. This is extremely unprofessional as I should not feel uncomfortable for simply asking for my coffee to be made the right way. This was such a weird interaction & gave very much mean girl vibes for no reason at all maybe this location should reevaluate their employees.

As they are owned by the same individual, I had expected better management. Having previously worked at one of these locations, I was surprised to find that they still serve day-old donuts and munchkins. Recently, I purchased munchkins for my daughter, which were stale and unpalatable. These locations require new ownership and effective management to rectify their operational issues and provide better customer service. Not to mention COFFEE IS AWFUL THE FEW TIMES IVE GONE
