As they are owned by the same individual, I had expected better management. Having previously worked at one of these locations, I was surprised to find that they still serve day-old donuts and munchkins. Recently, I purchased munchkins for my daughter, which were stale and unpalatable. These locations require new ownership and effective management to rectify their operational issues and provide better customer service. Not to mention COFFEE IS AWFUL THE FEW TIMES IVE GONE

Yes, you work at Duncan I don't. I don't know the whole menu, I'm trying to decide And was wanting to order more but with comments like this I just gave up and left. I understand if y'all were busy But I was the only car in line at the time And barely anybody even at the store, except for 4 employees at the counter.
