  Been here enough times. Food portions might be ok depending on the day. Today they were out of dang near everything and still charged me for half of a meat. Feel like I should have been compensated for them not properly communicating what they have beforehand.. He did it with the customer who was in line before me.. I should have asked if they were still gonna charge me extra but I was distracted by my child. Either way, definitely lots of opportunity for growth….

  Every time I go to cava the staff is rude, they complain about the simplest task, I tried getting food from there today and I got attitude when I asked “could I add some extra rice” then another worker did not ask what I wanted on the bowl and proceeded to take my bowl out of view and put chicken on there without asking me what I wanted on the bowl and then looked at me like I was stupid and asked”you wanted chicken right” I then said “um you didn’t ask what I wanted” and then rolled her eyes at me because she had to do more work, I walked out after than, Cava yall need to do some training on customer service because this is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be coming back here

  Great food and even greater service, first time eating here at any cava chain. They let me sample every dressing cause I’ve never been here before and gave me a lot of customer opinions from previous experiences. Very helpful, 100/10 thankful to especially Isiah and Nicole

  I had such an amazing first experience at CAVA in Burlington, and it was all thanks to Courtney! Since I’d never been to CAVA before, I wasn’t sure how ordering worked or what to choose. Courtney immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm, welcoming attitude. She took the time to walk me through the entire menu, explained all of the different options and toppings, answered my questions, and gave great recommendations without making me feel rushed. Her customer service was truly exceptional. She was patient, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me create a bowl that I would love. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience so easy and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about every customer who walks through the door. On top of Courtney’s outstanding service, the food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and put together perfectly. My first visit couldn’t have been better, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Thank you, Courtney, for going above and beyond and making such a wonderful first impression!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CAVA has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. Every ingredient tastes high quality, and there are so many healthy, delicious options to choose from. What really makes this location stand out is the customer service. The staff is absolutely amazing—everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. They go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated from the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find service this awesome these days! If you’re looking for incredible Mediterranean food and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend CAVA in Burlington. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
