  So a friend of mine had brought me a bowl from here last week it was absolutely delicious I tried to replicate it today and I did not get the same things that he did in it and it was okay but the one he brought me was better. He got me the grains and greens bowl with chicken and honestly I don't know what sauce he put on it I'm going to have to ask him but I got salmon and a dill sauce and like I said it was okay but the chicken was better. And the only other difference was the bowl he brought me with slam full ,mine was about half full.

  This is literally my favorite CAVA in North Carolina. I commute between Raleigh and Greensboro, and I genuinely look forward to stopping at this location. The sweethearts who handle the to-go orders are some of the kindest people. Even when the restaurant is slammed and my order takes a little longer, they somehow still manage to make me feel acknowledged and taken care of while I wait. They always move with urgency, communicate, and never make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. The food is consistently fresh, but honestly, the hospitality is what keeps me coming back. Great customer service makes such a difference, especially when people are busy, and this team gets it right. Please recognize them—they’ve absolutely earned it! ❤️

  I had a really good experience at cava because of the young man, Bryson. He was very respectful, polite, and had great customer service. He made sure I had everything I needed and was patient the whole time.

  Server was extremely rude and seemed like it was a big deal to give me a side of rice and pickles, also the lentils they gave me and my wife were uncooked and hard like corn kernels, I enjoyed my food as a whole, just wish the lentils were cooked, but definitely didn’t appreciate the attitude, the Winston location in friendly center is much better
