- RJRuth J3 days ago3.0Stopped in this morning to grab breakfast. Got home and opened bag and one of the steak biscuits was in the bag not fully wrapped. The cheese was stuck on the wrapper and napkins and I had to put the egg back on it as well. The hash rounds which is the reason I even go to Bojangles were stuck together in a glob and stuck to the package. On a positive note, the donut bites were delicious.

This place is a joke no matter what time you go here.

I am disabled, and she went above and beyond to make our visit easier and more enjoyable. She brought our food directly to our table, made sure we had all the condiments we requested, and checked that we had everything we needed. Amber was incredibly friendly, kind, attentive, and helpful to both of us. I also noticed that she treated the other customers with that same level of kindness and care. You can tell that great customer service comes naturally to her. I’ve been to many Bojangles restaurants over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve never received this level of personal customer service before. Amber is an outstanding employee who deserves recognition from management and, in my opinion, a raise! Employees like her are what make customers want to come back. Bojangles is very lucky to have her!
