- RARodrigo AguilarJul 6, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered my meal with rice as my side, but my receipt showed fries instead. I wasn't upset because I figured it was just an honest mistake and planned to have it corrected when I picked up my order. When I received my food, I also noticed my chicken sandwich was missing. I politely told the manager that I was missing the sandwich and that I had asked for rice instead of fries. He looked at my receipt, said it didn't show rice, got my sandwich, and walked away before I could explain further. When I spoke to him again, he told me I would have to pay extra for the rice, even though the fries weren't even in my bag. He then asked if I had the fries and wanted to check my bag, which made me feel like he didn't believe me. After checking, he finally gave me the rice. To make matters worse, the chicken sandwich was disappointing. The chicken didn't taste fresh and the quality was poor. I understand that mistakes happen, but the manager's attitude, the way the situation was handled, and the poor food quality made this a frustrating experience. I hope the restaurant improves its customer service and pays more attention to order accuracy and food quality.

So, I decided to drive over and go to the drive-thru window and ask for a manager just to let them know what happened. Isaiah was the one I spoke with today and he was very adamant about making everything right for me. He was very kind, caring and took great care of me. He deserves recognition because often times we have bad experiences we want to blast it out, but I didn't, but going to the store and talking with Isaiah and his kindness just has to be SHOUTED OUT because I truly APPRECIATE him. God bless you young man, you are a kind soul.

We got home and realized that we had no biscuits in our order. The bad thing is that we watched the employee put a fresh hot tray in the window, but we didn't receive a single one in our order. We also ordered mash potatoes with gravy. The cashier (who had some cute pink hair) gave us sausage gravy thats used for biscuits and gravy. It was clumped together. Just gross. We watched a young man who apparently was a Supervisor/Mgr, come up front to help with a register problem, with his pants sagging showing off his boxers. Then he came from behind the counter and was vaping as he returned to the kitchen. No hiding it. I will never return to this location.
