I have been sitting in the parking lot after going thru the drive they waiting for my food for THIRTY MINUTES!!! 7 other cars parked in the parking lot AFTER me and they are all gone. Excuse is they are short staffed. Then close the doors!! This place is a joke. In the time I’ve waited for Bo rounds they could have cooked everything on the menu twice.

Less than five people in store, double the staff, none of them have a clue what they’re doing. 30 min to take your order, out of most on the menu because they’re so inefficient that nothing is ready, they’re barehanding food and plates with no gloves, the restroom is filled with feces and urine water all over the floor. Then you have to go back up several times to fix your order that never is right until you just give ip from the gross incompetence.
