But it’s probably for the best, as the kitchen is glacially slow and gets overwhelmed even with a slow order taker. I’m 14 minutes in after placing my order, the party in front of me is still waiting, and the party behind me hasn’t even had their order taken.

The chicken was bland, had no flavor, and was extremely soggy. The biscuit was burnt, black around the edges, and very dry. The fries were also soggy and lacked any seasoning. Honestly, I should’ve listened to the reviews beforehand there’s a reason this place only has 3 stars. If you’ve never tried Bojangles before and this is your first experience, it will definitely give you the wrong impression. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend others stay away from this location.
