Man, Bojangles really let me down this morning. I always use the app for the deals, but it's annoying when you pull up to the drive-thru and they act like you're a bother. They tell you to come inside or wait because your food isn't ready, even though you got in line like everyone else. Why would their food be ready faster than yours? It makes no sense. The manager mentioned something about being timed, so they want you out of the drive-thru fast, but that's just some random timer that has nothing to do with good customer service. If that's how Bojangles measures service, they're failing big time because it just makes them rude and illogical. So, she told me to go inside for my app order, even though I ordered before anyone else in line. I'm like, why do I have to do that? Then she says to just drive around, and they'll bring it out, mumbling about a timer. And the iced coffee? Not good at all. It was rushed, didn't have the right syrup, and just tasted off. I've had it before, and it was good, but this was terrible. At least it was free, but I'm definitely not going back to that location.

The AI in the drive thru wasn't working and then the people in the drive thru were very rude and didn't even take my full order. Maybe hire someone who knows how to speak.

We have the best Bojangles in the entire corporation on Western Boulevard in Raleigh. Tri-arc food is the owner group and they do an Incredible job with ALL of the Bojangles they own... I feel sorry for people outside of Tri Arc's restaurants. If they're eating Bojangles either in the eastern part of NC or the western part NC they are getting a poor example of what Bojangles food is. I am sad that corporate does not step into some of these terrible franchises in those parts of the state and correct it but it just never seems to happen. I have written many times to corporate about it and I just don't think they care.. I am lucky to be living where I live and enjoying the best Bojangles in the state of North Carolina.. Thank you Tri Arc..

The cashier at the window was rude. I asked for two honey mustards and she acted like it was an issue. She got loud and said I was playing at the window. I did not receive any positive response from her. Not even a hello or thank you. Just her mean mugging me each time she opened the window. The two teas I received tasted strange. It had a terrible aftertaste. Like the tea container was never washed out. I should’ve just went with my instincts and went to another Bojangles instead.

I was there the other day with my nephew and we left and I went to get gas and realized that I had left my purse at Bojangles and we went back and someone had turned it in and I was able to get it back. I thank God and for whomever it was that found it and was honest and turned it in , I pray God blesses you.
