They tell you to come inside or wait because your food isn't ready, even though you got in line like everyone else. Why would their food be ready faster than yours? It makes no sense. The manager mentioned something about being timed, so they want you out of the drive-thru fast, but that's just some random timer that has nothing to do with good customer service. If that's how Bojangles measures service, they're failing big time because it just makes them rude and illogical. So, she told me to go inside for my app order, even though I ordered before anyone else in line. I'm like, why do I have to do that? Then she says to just drive around, and they'll bring it out, mumbling about a timer. And the iced coffee? Not good at all. It was rushed, didn't have the right syrup, and just tasted off. I've had it before, and it was good, but this was terrible. At least it was free, but I'm definitely not going back to that location.
