    Horrible service!!! Sat at the drive through for 20 mins waiting to give and get our order. Absolutely ridiculous!!! We left because of the horrible service!!!

    Probably the only Arby's I've ever been to where the tables were actually clean and had been wiped?? Bathroom was really clean too?? Impressive, for an Arby's!

    Go here frequently but the visit today was the final straw. It never fails I hear the manager talking rudely to her employees. Today I ordered mozzarella sticks, I take EVERYTHING OUT of the bag. No marinara(you’d think no big deal right?). So I wait for her to come back to the window and politely ask for marinara because it’s supposed to come with the mozzarella sticks, she proceeds to tell me she put it in the bag. I told her there is No marinara in the bag and literally attempted to hand her the bag back. And she continues to say she put it in the bag. She then asks her employee if THEY put it in the bag.(so which is it ? lol.) it literally wasn’t a big deal. She made it a problem and was insinuating I lied? Lol I just spent $20 on food, if I need to pay for the sauce I will but it’s supposed to come with it. But apprently her ego is too big to admit she made a MINOR mistake. This is insanely trivial matter and the fact she made it into an argument is wild. I don’t know her name, but she’s the manager and all I have to say is do better. Everyone makes mistakes, including you.
