Second the girl working the first (taking money) drive thru apparently was getting questioned by the manager about a transaction that had taken place prior to me, she was someone that didn't want to answer the managers question and then stated she was getting upset, the manager continued to question and this girl and the manager continued to ignore us. I literally looked into the window, like hello I am here! This issue should have been handled at a different time and not at the drive thru, I am a customer and should not have to hear or witness an employee being questioned about their job! The second drive thru window, the girl was short and when I asked for napkins, omg you would have thought I asked her for a million dollars and then it took her forever to come back! Someone needs to re-train these employees that they need to do their best and leave their issues at home!

How can you be the very first customer in the morning Right when they’re opening upand get a cold hard biscuit?! And don’t even get me started on the evening crew they’re so ready to go home when they even get there that they put everything up hours before the sun even goes down and start cleaning. Then there’s no food at 6:00pm and no one will even take your order. Poor management. It’s run by high school kids. This location is absolutely a disgrace to the Bojangles name.
