    I always get a frappe from McDonald's here in bryson city, this time I noticed black stuff on the inside of my cup and went to pull it out it was slimy filling asked 3 people what it could be and it was mold! I had to leave work took it down there for them to tell me it was coffee grounds, that the machine was cleaned thursday! Then told me he could only do a refund for 1 of the 2 that was bought just because I didn't bring the other up there i told him that was wrong. My kids had been drinking it and my husband i dont complained yes he gave the refund but come on its clearly mold I put it on a white napkin. He has a attitude about the fact it was mold and just kept saying its probably coffee grounds when the i guess gm come around because she heard it Shes the one that said it was cleaned thursday because she cleaned it. I talked to someone at a different location where its supposed to be cleaned every night and the ice bin and pipes are supposed to be cleaned once a week..

    Very disturbing and unpleasant experience tonight. Placed an online order at 9:30pm to be picked up at the lobby. When I arrived the lobby was closed (no big deal) so I go through the drive thru. I get to the speaker, tell them my order name/number, but the guy running the speaker said they didn't have my order and told me to proceed on to the second window to speak with a manager. The kid running the speaker was very kind by the way. The manager, however, was so unbelievably rude and refused to help me in any way. He said the lobby was closed and therefore they didn't have my order because it was placed for the lobby. He then told me to cancel the order and kept urging me to leave. I couldn't even cancel the order because my food was “ready”. BS. I came back around to tell the manager that I couldn't cancel my order, and again like the very helpful gentleman he is he told me that he didn't have my order and that I needed to leave. He had a very nasty attitude and from the moment I arrived with an issue it was obvious he just wanted me out of his drive thru. Im down 20$ for the night with no food. What a great experience!

    I would leave a negative review if I could. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I had my son do a mobile order for me to pick up through the drive-thru on my way home from the grocery store. When I first went through the drive-thru I was given the wrong food so I tried to hand it back to the girl and she told me she couldn't take it. She asked me what was wrong with the order so I told her and she asked me to pull up. A few minutes later she brings out another bag of food and walks away. The order was again wrong. So I pull around the front of the store and parked and went inside. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when the girl from the drive-thru that originally gave me the food did, she went in within earshot of me complaining rudely to her manager about how I've already been given four burgers and why I couldn't take what I was given. I asked the man if he was the manager and I tried to tell him how she treated me and from the very start he didn't want to hear it. I've never been treated so poorly from a fast food establishment ever in my 56 years of life. Both her and the manager, his name was William, didn't want to be bothered with the fact that they continue to give me the wrong order. Then he tried to tell me that my son didn't order quarter pounder deluxes which he did. The manager was looking at the wrong receipt from the second order that she had brought out to me. (Regular quarter pounders) I did try to apologize to him for my shortness, it's very hot outside and I also had insulin in the car. Like I said I was trying to pick up a McDonald's order on my way home from grocery shopping. I tried several times to explain to him what the problem was and as I would be talking to him he would turn and walk away. At this point I was very flustered because I was not getting any kind of decent response from either one of the employees. If anything they were rude and dismissive as if I was the one in the wrong. So he brought two burgers out in a bag handed it to me, would not replace the cold fries, basically telling me to take my food and leave. At this point I was flustered and did use vulgarity which I regret. I got home and the order was still wrong and he kept the bag with the fries in it. Original order was 2 quarter pounder deluxes, 1 with cheese, 1 without, and no pickle on either. They were meals. I am posting pics of what I had when I got home. I guess what bothered me most is the way the girl in the drive thru acted as though I shouldn't be complaining, bringing the food back. Then the manager acting the same way. We paid for that food and should of received the correct order. None of what we received was correct and he ended up keeping the fries. It was cold so after the pic was taken out went straight into the trash. It is bad enough to spend over $20 for fast food burgers, at least they could make sure the order is right. Do better. Going to try to add photos.

    Had to speak to the manager since my mobile order didn’t exist in their order system. He was incredibly rude telling me he will get to me when he can. I had sat there for 45 minutes waiting on my mobile order. This was on 6/26/26 at 6:00 PM.
