  placed order on the mobile app which ever employee bagged my order they just placed my order on a top shelf and even though I was waiting in the lobby they never called my name out for the order. After I had already been waiting about 10 minutes the cashier finally acknowledged me I told him I am waiting on a customer mobile order i still didn't get my food for another 10 minutes the employee that was bagging orders made eye contact with me several times never asked what I was waiting on yet he is most like the one that put my order aside for it to get stale , come on Arby's you can do better

  Love the roast beef sandwiches. I remember when they used to be five for $5. 😂 good old days! Good curly fries too.

  Cheesesteak was crap. My cashier was awesome. Store was a little understocked.

  Gross and won't be back. This used to be such a nice place to grab a quick satisfying bite. Really gone downhill. Server had hard time getting order correct and ultimately DIDNT get it right. No small cups so charged for large drinks. No napkins. Big roll of paper towels on condiments counter. Drink machine 2/3 not working. Only unsweet tea. Floor nasty looking. Food not great. Franchise Killer right here.

  Waited in drive thru 20 minutes for cold food.
