  Tropical smoothie is my go to place in Boone. Mango magic with whey protein always comes out perfect. Love their staff. Cant wait for Watermelon Mojito smoothie next week

  The Chia oatmeal bowl, Chia banana boost smoothie and the baja chicken wrap all delicious 😋,I enjoyed so much,will repeat again.

  I am so excited to try Tropical Smoothie in Boone, North Carolina. The cafe is very clean and busy. They make the best and most healthy delicious smoothies ever! The food is great and my favorite is the chicken chipotle flat bread. The owner is awesome and so friendly. He makes me feel welcome and I plan to come back real soon! This is my new favorite go-to Place! Thank you! 😍

  I got a sunrise sunset which i’ve had before at other locations and usually it’s sweeter. At the boone location my drink was really bitter and didn’t taste like much so I asked for another one which I rarely do because I feel bad, and the employees looked at me like they either didn’t know what to do or they just hated me. I asked if they wanted the original one back or if they could throw it out as to avoid liquid in the trash and the woman presenting manager or employee was passive aggressive towards me and ignored that i asked about the liquid in the trash. they told me to throw it away myself and that they couldn’t take it, after I had asked about putting liquid in their trashcan. They made me another one and I tried it there, it was still bitter which is fine maybe it’s the fruit but the employees joked about the fact that I still didn’t like it, I just left because I was uncomfortable. As a fellow minimum wage employee I understand customers can be difficult and a little clueless but good customer service should be the #1 priority. I don’t think i’ll be coming back.

  7 PM and barely any employees working - my order of a single sandwich and a drink took 20 minutes. Not a single employee even acknowledged me waiting for my order and when they did start working on it they were in no rush to get the order out.
