  The customer is always wrong at Food Lion. With absolute contempt for their customers, Food Lion forces you to use self check out. No manned check out at all was open on a recent visit. Their insulting AI robot cameras accuse customers of theft if you hesitate, move in the wrong direction, or can't manage bagging a full grocery cart in the tiny space provided. The highly intrusive anti-theft measure assumes all customers are potential thieves. Food Lion claims customer service is priority but their actions show the customer is perceived to be a threat to their profits. Customer service blows off any concerns raised with a repeated "ok I gotcha." No explanation of why, no acknowledgement of concern. The customer is dehumanized to just another transaction, assumed to be the problem, and treated with contempt. I will shop somewhere that still values and listens to their customers.

  One of the friendliest and welcoming Food Lions we have ever been to. Very well stocked, clean and all of the produce looked great. We look forward to coming back soon.

  This Food Lion location stands out as one of the better grocery stores in the area and is definitely worth returning to. The freshness of the produce is impressive—especially in the vegetable section, which is well-stocked and carefully maintained. The variety of products is also broader than many local supermarkets, making it easy to find everything in one trip. The store is clean, bright, and well-organized, with a smooth shopping flow. I also noticed recycling stations, which is a nice touch and shows attention to sustainability. Overall, in terms of product selection, quality, and shopping experience, this location performs better than most nearby stores.
