  The food was okay, but the service really ruined the experience. The staff were very rude and had absolutely no expression or friendliness. It honestly felt like ordering from zombies. I smiled at one of the employees and she just stared at me awkwardly. The only person who was friendly was the cashier. Customer service makes such a difference, and unfortunately, this experience was not a good one.

  I have never wanted to be a repeat customer at any other place than this establishment. It's always great service every time I come here and my food is always delicious.

  L manager. There have been like 5 days where they’re out of stuff, but this is just ridiculous. I came in after a long day of gooning to the thought of a nice juicy stuffed burrito but left with my tummy still rumbling. They were out of chicken, steak, and basically every meat except for barbacoa. Do you know how bad eating a burrito with stringy bland meat that gets stuck in your teeth is? Well i’m about to tell you. It’s bad. Not only were they out of every protein, they were out of guac, chips, AND corn. My favorite parts. After i got what was left of my usual order, I sat down at the least disgusting table I could find. They seemed a little busy, so I was cutting them slack, so I go to wipe it down with a napkin. Guess what. No napkins. I had to rawdog my wet diaper of a burrito with no freaking napkins. The employees were nice but need training on how to wrap a burrito. They apparently had chicken, but said it would take 15 more minutes to cook. A well run restaurant should have prioritized cooking over having 3 people in the serving line. If you manage this place, come in and help/train your employees once in a while. This why moes is better>>> yurrrrd 😎🤙

  Horrible experience today. As a vegan Chipotle can be a good option. Asked for fajita veggies, nope they were out, corn salsa, out of that too. Mild tomato salsa? Nope, out of that too. They may have been out of more but those were the only things I asked for. We asked if we could wait until they replenished things and we were told that there was no more coming in today. Yea me, I got to eat rice & beans with a little bit of guacamole. I mentioned that they should put up a sign stating that they were out of several items and I was rudely told by a staff member that overheard that they can’t because corporate doesn’t allow it. Not one “sorry” for being out of so much. Then to top it off, as I was finishing my rice & beans we see them bring out a full thing of corn and tomatoes and start serving it to customers! Place was filthy. Boxes and trash stacked up by bathrooms as well.

  This place needs to get its act together. For three years they haven’t had good management and they are always out of key ingredients. Waited 30 minutes in line just for them to say they couldn’t give me chicken for another 15. This has been consistent for years, something needs to change.
