  I got a bowl with steak and it was cooked too well, chewy, hard, dry. Ive definitely had better steak many times before. Take a look at it before you order it.

  One of the most filthiest Chipotle venue that I have entered in such a nice upscale town. If I could give it a zero I would, this place needs to be audited and inspected.

  Nasty place, dirty, food all over the place. Stay away from here. The attendant got mad that I said the place was dirty and looked at Me with a mad face.

  We were in line when they started to tell everyone they are out of chicken and it will be a 5 minute wait to start the order, causing displacement in the line. In about a minute they were serving this chicken. I really didn't think much of it until my boyfriend and I bit into a bites of raw chicken. They were out of A LOT of stuff that we normally enjoy with our meal. I am not sure what the problem is with this place but every other chipotle we have been to was great... Id avoid this Chipotle!

  I love chipotle, and even with the overall cost of eating out increasing, I've remained loyal to this location, even after negative experiences repeatedly happening like many of the prior reviewers have stated. Tonight was a final straw moment for me; the employee at the front of the line told me that other than fajita veggies and chicken al pastor, they had every item in stock (as locals know, this is rare for the Boone location to not be out of at least 1-3 items regularly). After building my bowl and getting to the end of the line I asked for chips and a side of guac, at which point the employee building my bowl was informed by a coworker that they had no tortilla chips (didn't address me or apologize in any form). The chips and guacamole are one of the most pleasant experiences about a chipotle restaurant, so I was disappointed that the employee building my bowl did not even make the effort to ensure they had the ingredient or try to make it right. They also didn't address this fact other than asking me "so, do you still want your side of guacamole?" Don't waste your time going to this location, you'd be better off, driving to the next nearest one which is 40+ miles away, where they can manage to keep simple items like chicken, guacamole, and peppers in stock (not to mention the Boone location is next to a Walmart). If the franchise owner has any pride or human dignity left in their sorry sack of bones, they would to keep standards up. I think this location needs a serious evaluation and the owner should be ashamed that they would dare call this a "restaurant", as nothing here resembles customer service or even basic human kindness. Do better Chipotle franchise management.
