- PPPaulSep 25, 20262.0Covid is over. You don’t need a massive, glass-walled office with 14 foot ceiling. Change it back to a playground. We didn’t go because the chicken was just “soooo good.” We went because our kids could run screaming through a plastic tube for 40 minutes while we sat with a coffee and experienced sweet silence. That was the product. The food was the cover charge. Kids get fed, energy gets out, parents are happy, and future customers are imprinting on your brand, at a very early age. They immediately asked “can we go back soon?! Please?” Again, it wasn’t the chicken. You took that away for… a huge office?🤨 A whole generation will no longer associate the red and white sign with the joy and freedom of childhood or making new friends in the jungle gym… they will just remember a decent chicken meal they sometimes ate in the car when mommy was too tired to cook. But hey, you got a lot of room for your files.

I was disappointed but the nice lady in the drive through convinced me to try the new chicken and waffles which was still a good choice. I had a very lovely interaction with her. Upon getting my food, the bag seemed heavier than usual. They had given me chicken minis with a note letting me know the manager had found some! All was right again! Not only are my pup and I sharing chicken minis but the waffle sandwich was equally delicious! Thank you so much to the hard workers here and all they do with a smile! Best customer service comes from Boone.
