An amazing worker Landen helped me get a bee out of my car, going above and beyond!! Love yall. Coming over just to be friendly but then jumping straight into action to help me and then after asked me about my plans for the day.

Staff is always friendly and helpful and the smoothie was delicious as usual! Just being cheerful and friendly so early in the morning is always helpful to start my day.

Came to the 7Brew in Boone & ordered three drinks. Two were incorrect and when we politely told the girl she proceeded to tell us what was on the iPad, while I understand what’s on the iPad, that is not what I ordered. The blonde that took our order was not paying attention to what we were saying. So the girl at the window kept negating what we were saying. One drink was the Caramel Apple Pie Macchiato with Salted Caramel + Apple Butter Drizzle, and she asked three times if we wanted the chai and we said no and showed her the picture on the app, she said that’s what she gave us but it wasn’t. By that time we weren’t going to continue to argue with the girl & left with the incorrect drinks. This generation of the “working” class can’t just admit a mistake was made and instead they’d rather argue how it’s put into the technology. It’s exhausting.

We LOVE the Boone location! The entire atmosphere is so welcoming and fun! We always receive quick and friendly service! We love the music playing (we always roll the windows down) and the friendly staff!
