Selected pickup at the window, stood there for about 5-7 minutes, multiple people saw me but didn’t come. My app said it was ready at 9:08 but I did not receive my order of one pizza and one cheesy bread until 9:38. Staff was cussing in the background.

We tried the new Domino's square and it was great! This is a new location and we hope to visit again soon.

App said my order was ready, arrive and then had me wait 30 minutes to then tell me they were out of dough and didn't start my order. Turns out one pizza was done and showed up 10 minutes later, they managed to get the 2nd replaced but it took another 30. Wouldnt have waited if it wasn't for my wifes birthday. 1 star for the hassle, 2nd is for the lady who was nice in helping it get fixed.

I ordered two thin-crust pizzas for my family. One came out perfectly, while the other was completely black and burnt. When I called the store, instead of simply acknowledging the problem, I was told that “thin pizzas burn.” That excuse didn’t make much sense considering the other thin-crust pizza in the exact same order was cooked perfectly. When I pointed that out and said I wasn’t interested in excuses, the employee clearly didn’t appreciate my response. Mistakes happen—I understand that. What matters is how a business handles them. A simple apology and an offer to correct the order would have gone a long way. Customers are spending their money to feed their families and should be able to expect food that is prepared properly and customer service that takes legitimate concerns seriously. Very disappointing experience with Domino’s.

I decided to give the new Domino's a try. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong. When I reached out to customer service, they explained that this franchise is locally owned and said they would pass the issue along to the owner. The owner did reach out via email to apologize and say he hopes I will return—but that was it. I seriously doubt that I will be returning! This is a small town, and if a new business wants to succeed here, you have to do much better than just saying "I'm sorry" when you mess up a paying customer's meal. An apology doesn't replace the food I paid for. Very disappointing customer service.
