Foothills Butcher Shop is a female-led, whole-animal butcher shop that sources the very best local ingredients and uses time-honored, traditional processes to create our house selection of craft-made meats. We sell a wide variety of beef, pork, and poultry cuts, house-made charcuterie and deli meats, and a rotating range of classic and specialty sausages.
While we do not serve prepared food, you can find our fresh, local meats at all Foothills Restaurants—Foothills Grange, Hell or High Water, and Foothills Watershed!
