Me and my friend visited on a late Friday around 8pm in the drive thru. Wait was 10 minutes even though we had two entrees and two sides. Almost gave us the wrong order and treated us like we weren’t there most of the time. Friendly but inattentive. 2.5/5

Super friendly and cordial person at the drive thru. Sadly the 2 piece white chicken was dried out like it had been in the warmer since lunch. I would expect at 6pm.. not an unusual time for dinner… that the chicken would be edible.. but this sadly wasn’t the case.. I know this is a new site.. and am hoping they get on track soon.. I’ll wait a while before trying again.

I stopped by today to grab lunch on my way back from an appointment and everything was as expected - fresh and hot. The team at the window was fun! I really do enjoy the staff at this location. I've been several times because it's nice to have different fast food in town. Everyone I've interacted with as been friendly and nice to talk to. I know the job can be stressful, but it doesn't appear to have impacted the staff attitude, in my experience. It sounds like others have had some challenges, but I definitely think that can be corrected. There is an expectation for quick, fresh, food. That is fair. There's a lot to be said for customer service and communication if there's a delay or issue with availability. That always sets a service apart. One thing that would be helpful is having a painted stripe for the drive thru because if cars are too far to the right, others can't pass by due to the parallel spots on the side. They could also eliminate those spots, so there's a lane for people to exit. It has a similar issue to Wendy's that if you park next to the building, you're bound to be trapped by the drive thru customers. Thanks! :)

Was excited to see a Bojangles during my visit to town. It's a new store so there's bound to be problems. They did forget my fries the first time around. But the second visit, the chicken supremes were fresh and the fries perfect. Will stop by for sure next time I'm in town

I know this is a new restaurant but you would think that would it being new their employees would be fresh on their training. Apparently not. My husband and I decided to grab Bojangles for dinner last night. We go through the drive-thru he orders chicken nuggets with bo sauce, and a sausage biscuit combo. I order one of their meals. It was one leg, one thigh, and my sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. We pull around to the window, we pay and they hand my husband his drink. We get our food pretty soon after but they have forgotten my drink so my husband lets them know we're missing the drink. I check the food at this time and realize that we only have the nuggets and the sausage biscuit combo and they did not give us any sauce. We look in the window and we see that they have also realized this so we're like okay awesome they realize this we'll just need to ask for the bo sauce. They walk over to the window open it up and tell us that their chicken doesn't look that good, it looks really bad and they wanted to see if it was okay if we only got chicken breasts instead of what we actually ordered. We said that was fine they threw in an extra breast which was nice and we're like that's okay. I don't really like white meat especially not from places like Bojangles and KFC because I always feel like it's dried out too much but they said it was made fresh and all their other chicken apparently looked bad. They give us my drink did not give us a straw we ended up having to ask for that later. They gave us the bo sauce when they come back over to the window and they let us know that their mashed potatoes and gravy have gone bad. That was the number one side that I was wanting especially when you have the dry chicken from the breasts being able to have something like mashed potatoes to soften it up is what you need. When i find out that the mashed potatoes and gravy are not good My husband asks how bad are they the person in the window says "I definitely would not eat them myself". So they ask if I wanted extra green beans, I'm like no could I do macaroni instead? He tells me that I can't because that is also looking bad. I'm like well what sides are looking good right now and he tells me french fries and rice. Which I'm not a huge fan of their rice. I will eat it occasionally and I did last night because I was not wanting french fries but it was just really annoying. Eventually we got our food and we left. But for a restaurant to say that all of the sides except 3 were bad and that I could not have them and then to say that all their chicken except their chicken breasts were not good was ridiculous. I honestly wish that the manager would have come over and refunded us for the chicken meal because we ended up with nothing that we ordered except for green beans on the one meal. We even saw the manager come over and look at the chicken and look at the mashed potatoes and shake her head no and then she pulled them from the line and took them away. She did not once come over and tell us that she was sorry she did not offer to help in any way to resolve the situation. We ended up leaving with something that we did not order and only acquired it because we had already paid and we were hungry. This place clearly has a management and training problem and it needs to be resolved because it's just absolutely ridiculous. We have a very busy job where we eat out at fast food chains frequently. Especially the ones in Black Mountain. I have had to pull around the front and sit and wait on Taco Bell and Wendy's for extremely long times before. I have had the McDonald's mess up my order occasionally but someone always fixes it someone always resolves it and we always leave feeling like they're genuinely sorry for when these things happen. Bojangles basically said yeah we can't give you anything that you've ordered so take this instead and that was that. I would say whoever is running this particular Bojangles really needs to take a look at training again for both managers and employees.
