  Just left Black Mountain Bojangles with a 20 minute wait on 1 chicken sandwich and 5 fries in the bag. Keep up the great work you guys rock!

  Went in here with a church with 9 people, very accommodating with our group size and also the store is very clean.

  Waited almost 20 min in drive through for a biscuit. Went in two times to inquire. Finally got the food which was wrong. This is second time we have went there. Won’t go again. Horrible experience and not with it. Sad for a new store

  Would definitely choose this place again. Although the drive through line was full, I went in and got helped almost immediately. Very friendly and very yummy breakfast.

  Thomas greeted us as soon as we entered the dining area. He was patient while we looked over the menu and answered our questions about new menu items. Thomas was very attentive while taking our order and repeated our order back to us, getting everything right. He even offered to hold off on our dessert order until we had eaten dinner. We sat down and Isabella brought our order to the table, which was very nice. She was very sweet, and it was unexpected to have our order brought to us. Thomas had great timing when he checked on us to see if he have our dessert prepared. Some other guests finished their meal and left, and we saw Isabella come out to clean up the dining area immediately. When we finished up, our dessert was hot and ready at the counter and Christian handed us our items "to go". It was like he was expecting us! We do not eat fast food very often, and haven't been to Bojangles in a while due to a lackluster experience at a different location. Overall, we were very pleased with our visit this evening. The counter and dining room were very clean. All of the staff we interacted with were genuinely friendly and seemed to actually WANT to do a good job. This seems all too rare in our experience. The food we ordered was also quite satisfying and at a very reasonable price. Honestly, though, I am writing this review to shine a light on Thomas, Isabella, and Christian for making our day better. We will definitely drive past the local Popeyes to visit this Bojangles in the future, for all of the reasons above. I truly hope that these great team members have a promising future, as they've thoroughly gone above and beyond to provide the best fast food experience we've probably ever had. If I ran a restaurant, I'd hire all three.
