  Took 20 min to get food. They were waiting on BoRounds and just before the guy brought them out to us, someone threw them away thinking they were old. They had to start again. This location ALWAYS takes a long time. Even though it is a newer location, it is getting a rep as a poor service experience.

  The food was pretty good, not insanely greasy and pretty fresh. The order taking system interrupts me and doesn't let me order the way I want to. I didn't order everything I wanted because I felt rushed at points. The human working said literally norhing to us when we pulled to the window.

  When I wait ten min in the drive thru and I pull up and you don't have my food ready. I'm leaving. Wanted to tell me 4 min wait on supremes, that should be ready. Well, at least you will have them for the next guest.

  Stopped by to pick up chicken strips and fries for supper. Both the chicken and fries were dry. Definitely both had been sitting under the heat lamps way too long. Could not finish either one.
