  Food not as good as I remember. Biscuits had overwhelming flavor of cheap margarine. Entirely computer ordering.

  Teresa greeted us with a big smile and friendly conversation. Her level of customer service was excellent. Then one of the men from the cooking area came out and was equally gracious so I realized this is the culture of this restaurant. The young making biscuits looked up and waved with dough covered hands. The food was EXCELLENT as well. Thanks guys. P.s we were in town for a conference, we ate there three more times. August 19-21

  Worst service ever, no one at the front waiting on people, takes forever at the drive thru. I can see why they don't have alot of business. No management. Who ever owns this establishment needs to close it.

  Third time going to this Bojangles and everytime something is wrong or/ and missing. This time ( the last time)was the worst. Chicken sandwich bun was burned and chicken was luke warm. The fries had almost no seasoning and were cold ( obviously had been sitting for awhile). The biscuit was raw in the middle. We were the only ones waiting and did not know our food was on the counter ready. We saw it and had to flag someone down to ask if it was our order and was it complete. Most of the staff has always been very friendly. But I think we will drive to Asheville from now on.
