  Ordered the 12 piece, dirty rice, Mac n cheese, green beans. No green beans, ok no problem, I'll take potatoes n gravy. Get home biscuits are over cooked, lucky my dog didn't care. I got a large things of potatoes no gravy, oh the gravy must be in the small cup, nope it was a scoop of potatoes with gravy, ok I thought I'm the only one who wanted it, but it was lumpy gravy, like it was old. Mac n cheese was dry as the Mohave dessert and the dirty rice was like the Sahara. The chicken was a wee bit over cooked, but ok. I get some days are bad but for $42 bucks I thought I could get something quick or at least get what I paid for... Live and learn. Not coming back for a long while.

  Waited in line for they’re “AI” to finish yapping and ordered a 4pcs combo. Simple right? WRONG. No fries which is my main issue here but the burnt biscuit and tiny charred chicken was just the cherry on top.

  ABSOLUTELY EMBARASSING! I have never had a more uncomfortable Bojangles experience. The employess were uncoordinated and arguing. The food took way to long to come out, (just got tenders and mac and cheese!) The poor kid at the counter looked completely clueless. He also told me that to get the half and half tea i wanted, to go to the self serve drink machine and fill my cup up with ice, then give it to "someone" behind the counter and they will fill it up. They do that and they dont even have the sense to fill it up all the way (unbelievable!) Hate to day it because I love Bojangles but the manager and some employees gere ought to be fired.
