Ordered food online through the restaurant website for delivery. I live less than 5 minutes from the store. My order took more than 15 minutes after the estimated arrival time, and when I got it, I was missing a salad, the pizza was incorrect, and it was all cold. The doordash app said to call the restaurant for any order problems. A server at the restaurant answers and says they will be happy to remake the food and I can pick it up in 25 minutes, they will call me. 50 minutes later I show up and the owner says it is not their problem it was a door dash error. My salad literally was sitting behind him on the counter. He says door dash should have called me. And that was the end of the conversation. Needless to say we will not be back.

Well, the pizza here is good. However tonight I have to admit my dinner was horrible. I had a Ranchero sub. Chicken, bacon, cheese and ranch. Nothing else. Drier than anything. My husband bought a Super sub which includes turkey, rooster beef and bacon which suppose to include mayo, lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar and cheese, which wasn't on the sub. Then a third person ordered a chicken and cheese sub. She, too didn't get grilled onions, green peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and mayo. This place has two.more strikes and I will stop coming here. Oh and no chips which supposed to come with the subs. Very bad tonight, Jordana's.

The pizza is always fresh and hot. Love the white pizza especially. Staff have always been nice, we visit 2 times a month for 3 pizzas. We also love the fact that they have gluten-free crust.

First time here. Just wanted spaghetti . My child got pizza. Spaghetti was worse I have ever eaten, almost couldn’t swallow only bite. Child ate one piece pizza, dripping grease literally. Then noticed rating on wall 90 ! Will not be back . Waitress was sweet.

Waited 30 minutes for a really sad cheese steak. It was predominantly bread. Salad portion was equally sad. It tastes fine but when the menu shows this beautiful stuffed sandwich and you're served what looks like scraps, it leaves one wondering what the hell they just paid for. Other reviewers are spot on. Skip this one. Inside ceiling tiles are moldy and falling down.
