She deserves a tremendous amount of recognition. I watched her handle several customers who were being difficult, yet she remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout it all. I came in with my two young children, and without me even asking, she took it upon herself to carry my food to the table because my hands were completely full. That small act of kindness made a big difference and didn’t go unnoticed. I really wish I had gotten her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves. Employees like her are a huge asset to your team, and I hope management is able to identify her and let her know how much her kindness and excellent customer service were appreciated. The only negative thing I have to mention has nothing to do with the staff. The dining room was extremely hot because the A/C appeared to be out. If I were rating the atmosphere alone, it would be much lower. That said, I don’t want that to take away from the incredible service I received today. In fact, it makes me appreciate the staff even more, considering they were working in those conditions while still providing exceptional customer service.

I was traveling and got my order and headed back out on the interstate. As I reached in the bag to get my food out, I opened the wrapper and it was a fried chicken sandwich. I should have turned around and got what I ordered but I didn't because I was over 5 miles away when I realized I didn't get what I ordered. I did not eat most of the sandwich. Im glad I got a French fry seasoning Shaker because the fries did not have hardly any seasoning on them. Check your bag before you leave from the drive thru because they evidently don't check it before they give it to you.
