  Anyone who gave this location anything above a 2 is just visiting and doesn't come here often. We are less than .5 miles away which is convenient but after today either Hwy 42 or Smithfield will get our business. The food was cooked but it would have been BETTER if it was what we ordered!!!!! If I surveyed 10 times, 8 of the 10 would be a wrong order. The fries are always undercooked and are never seasoned, even when asked to season!!! I have tried reaching out to corporate with no results. I just hope someone can come in and give this location a PROPER training and make changes instead of just rolling over and giving up! Would be nice if they get themselves together and get some promotions that I see other locations get from time to time. Good grief I despise giving bad reviews but this time its warranted

  Nobody at this place uses gloves to handle drinks or food, disgusting and unacceptable, it ruins my appetite when somebody grips their hand on the cup where my mouth goes, even the managers do not wear gloves or enforce this

  This is always super busy, however the staff is great and my food is always fresh..

  This makes third time this month I ordered two 3 pieces boneless and when I get home open boxes there's one box with only two pieces of chicken in it. Someone at Bojangles needs to learn to count or manger do better job on training employees 😔

  This review is mostly based on the employee’s unprofessional behavior and nasty attitude overall. Especially the cashier Julia. Don’t put someone that’s so un personable and rude on the register. She was short and acted annoyed by questions.
