  I'm all about a great review and recently posted a good one for this location. But this makes the 6th time I have had to get a smoothie re-done! Please someone teach Olivia how to make a great smoothie and I'm sure with the right guidance she can but seeing this happen over and over it's not happening. Not only is the rest of the staff just standing around not pitching in and helping, another customer came into the store and had the same issue with their smoothie! Now I will say when Ella is working she is on it and her customer service skills are 💯. Just more enthusiasm and skills please! Just after all these times of having to get my order re-done im just gonna take my business somewhere else. Just not a good experience 😕

  Disappointed in this location for sure! The workers preferred to finish a conversation before making my order. My açaí bowl was supposed to have peanut butter, but it was missing. The staff was very unprofessional.

  The peanut butter crunch flat bread was excellent. Love their smoothies also!

  Unsanitary and rude. Husband just went in to get a smoothie and the employee took another customer’s smoothie that he had been drinking out of already and put it back in the blender to “fix” it then proceeded to make my husbands smoothie in the same blender. Then got an attitude when my husband questioned it and requested a refund. Was unable to reach a manager through their telephone number.

  I've reached out to the company multiple times with no response, and the service has gotten worse, so I'm leaving a review here because this Cafe needs some serious improvement. My husand and I order lunch from here multiple times a month and typically get quesadillas. They have forgotten the salsa in the quesadillas (both of them) on at least 5 ocassions. How does this happen so frequently when it comes with the meal? In the last 3 months, when have remembered to include the salsa, the cups are not even half full, so it is enough for 2 slices of the dilla. Today his quesadilla not only had no salsa, but was the wrong quesadilla all together. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast quesadilla and received a chicken and cheese one. 😡 They have also given us the wrong sides before and most recently, made and cut our quesadillas so haphazardly it looked like it was assembled by a 5 year old. They were breakfast ones and they fell apart when you picked them up. Other instances of bad exoeriences include ordering wraps with no tomatos and the tomatos being included, ordering a buffalo chicken wrap with so much sauce on it that it was wet and I couldnt even eat it, and asking for no sugar in smoothies and it having the full amount of sugar. I understand the ocassional mix up but this place is a mess.
