  Trust me go to mount holly I ordered online even ask the boy making it if it was toasted he said yes. He lied and it wasn't even right all the toppings were wrong and it's a footlong but half was just bread. Terrible I even tried calling but it's off the hook. Try Mt Holly it's way better

  Placed an online order last night around 9 pm. Went to pick it up and the doors were locked. The man came to the door and said do you want a refund? I asked him why he said he closed at 8:30. I asked why he said because he was scheduled to. Can’t get through to them today and wondered how long this refund would take. We went to Mount Holly subway and they were great! We will never go back to Belmont again!

  I placed my order online then 30 minutes later went to pick it up and the order wasn’t made. There was one person working and he said he was there from another store helping out, but they didn’t even have the paper to make the sub and asked if I wanted a refund. I should have known after looking how horrible the reviews at this location that it was a mistake to even order. On top of that, their sanitation score is a 92 and it was nasty inside of there. Actually, glad they couldn’t make my order because I doubt I would’ve even eaten it after seeing the inside. Owners you need to do BETTER. You should be embarrassed of the reviews from your store. And if you don’t care then you shouldn’t be store owners. @subway you shouldn’t even want these owners to franchise your business

  I went to this Subway today, April 18, 2026. To begin with, there were no other customers, yet the staff was serving me extremely slowly. They didn't have enough ingredients to add to my sandwich—they practically sold me the leftovers. They also heated up the vegetables—which are usually added fresh—after toasting the bread. I went to use the restrooms, and they were absolutely filthy. As a suggestion: a brand of this caliber should be much more hygienic and efficient in how they serve customers at this location.

  This place was the most disgusting Subway I have ever been to. I know the floor is the limit but it went below and I saw hell's kitchen. All the vegetables looked like they were borderline rotting, like the lettuce was brown, the olives looked sludgey, the bread was not cooked and looked doughey, the cheese melted weird like polyester sheets, the floor was gross all across the restaurant like a thick sludgy residue, it smelled foul and stale, and the guy preparing our sandwich has food stains and clumps on his hat as well as a flurry of dandruff across his shirt. The oddest thing was that they did not wrap the sandwich in Subway logo paper and used happy face bags like you get at the dollar store. We threw our sandwiches out when exiting rather than risk food poisoning. The grossest food experience I have had in a decade. Clearly a food hazard and I am not sure how many people get sick here regularly.
