  The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to- and I get it, it’s Chipotle, but oh my god- the workers are so incredibly slow; most of the time the line is out the door, and the one time that it wasn’t, I swear it took 20 minutes to order food with two people ahead of me in line. And the food. So much rice, like an abnormal amount of rice for one person, not enough of the actual entree of the meal, the meat and vegetables. I ordered chips and pico, and received a bag that had- I am not exaggerating- three (3) tortilla chips in it, the woman at the register said “that’s what it comes with, here’s your totaI” 🤷‍♀️. And then the woman scooping my toppings was not draining any of the ingredients, and when I asked for corn, it was at the bottom of the bucket- instead of getting another container, she turned it upside down and poured half a cup of corn juice into the bowl. WHAT! This location has not even been open for a year, and I will not be returning here. There is a real Mexican restaurant across the parking lot that I guarantee will seat and serve you faster and with better food and portions.

  Can I give 0 stars. I have been to this location at grand opening… disappointed. Went back 4 months later… still disappointed. Went back yesterday… tragically disappointed. The food had no flavor or you’re eating salt. I knew when they had no steak I should have just walked out. These employees are fighting for their lives every time I walk in there and the is no organization, leadership, and dirty/empty bins galore. It looks like a chicken coop. Save your money and go to Gastonia location…. Or go to Panera instead.

  Today when I came in to the store, I had an issue with my app rewards, and was having an issue with payment. Jocelyn was super quick to help me figure it out, made my experience go from stressful to amazing in just a couple minutes. It’s associates like her that make me want to return to this location! Thank you for much for your help.

  Sigh, this is the second time I came here trying to give it another chance. They run out of everything, they dont communicate to make it run efficiently. I got a burrito rolled into a square and cheese added in it without me asking for it. The bowls made are so tiny, I give up.

  We have given this location a shot on 2 separate occasions. Both times have been so bad..some ingredients not available, ordering ahead and waiting 30 min longer for our order, being given the wrong order. Everything about this location is bad. Do not recommend.
