  I’m not sure what the deal is with this location. Every single time I have been here, staff acts like they hate their lives and are incredibly rude. The queso that was put on my bowl was quite literally curdled and tasted terrible. Ruined the bowl honestly. With the amount of staff working at one time this place should be on top of everything. Not to mention it took forever to get through the line. Yall can keep the curdled queso!✌🏼

  Let me be the first to say that I have never had a good experience at a Chipotle and I usually avoid them. I’ve never understood the hype. We decided to give it a shot for dinner tonight at this new location in Belmont and we had a great experience from start to finish. Ordering online was easy, picked up with no wait, staff was courteous, and the food was good. I am shocked by all the negative reviews, but I wanted to make sure and write my review to let people know of my positive experience.

  Stopped in on Sunday 5/3 around 5:30 PM. They were out of some items (like Black Beans) and in short supply of others and the server just stared at me when I asked if they were fixing more Carnitas as they only had enough for looked like one bowl. When another employee came over I asked him if more Carnitas would be available soon and he said "do not shout". I may have been speaking in a louder voice than normal, but it was loud in the place, and I was frustrated as the previous server did not respond to my question. I just left and went to the Gastonia location. They were very well stocked and fixed two Carnitas Bowls with very generous portions. I will not return to the Belmont location.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Arrived at 6:40 and almost every pan was empty, no chicken, no steak, no grilled veggies, etc. had to wait for a guy to cut the ENTIRE pan of chicken before they would put some on my burrito which was sitting there with the rice getting cold. They didn’t know what came with kids meals and when I tried to pay there wasn’t anyone at the register. I waited for over 5 minutes with people walking by, no one apologizing, no one helping me out so I just left. 15 minutes arriving and no one in front of me and I still couldn’t pay and get my food. I will not be back to this location. Where was the manager or person in charge. This whole team needs retraining.

  I hate writing negative reviews, but we have given this location ample opportunity to adjust. When they first opened, things weren’t great, but they keep going more and more downhill. No matter what time we’ve visited, busy or slow, they never have product ready. I prefer vegetarian options and have not had a single time that veggies are ready. We’ve had orders be completely wrong, told everything is in the bag and get home and it’s not (our fault for not checking), and there is no sense of urgency or really happiness from the staff. At this point we would rather go to the Gastonia location which is further away so at least we are getting what we want and better quality.
