  Great experience today! I placed my order online and the ticket didn’t print in the kitchen but when I got there Derrick ( I believe he is the manager) and a young woman with glasses (didn’t catch her name) went above and beyond to make sure we got our order fast. Everything was extremely fresh and they were just all around great at customer service! I will definitely be back! Thanks

  Worst experience I have ever had at a Bojangles by far. Food was fine, the service was absolutely abysmal. No workers at the counter just kiosks that barely work. I saw several customers leave because the kiosk would not work. There was no tea anywhere, no napkins. Sitting area was unclean, half of the dining area was not even open. Will never come here again

  They don't see to care about customers who come through to get service. They'd rather talk about who got drunk and how hard it was for them to come in to work. Smh establishments like this is one of the reasons I do not eat fast food much.

  Went in to get 5 sausage and egg biscuits. Couldn't get anyone to wait on us. They had a computer there they wanted us to use. We just went across the street to Hardees!
