I settled for sausage biscuits. No offer to refund the difference, just offered a drink. No thanks. When my order was ready the bag was tossed on the counter, no apology, nothing.

Thats okay but you really have to wonder why. They were either being lazy or someone didn’t order enough items for the week. I pulled up to the window and a guy said they didn’t have tea before turning to his coworkers to talk crap about customer. I get being frustrated by customers but why are you talking about them in front of other people?? Anyway I had to get his attention again to ask what other drinks they had. Fast forward to 3 minutes later, I get my drink and the lid comes off and everything inside the cup is now on the ground. To sum it up, it seems like the Belmont Bojangles is full of young unprofessional employees who can’t secure lids on cups.

After ordered at thrive thru they tell me "we are running out of chicken and unfortunately if we make more we gonna wasted because we about to close".
