  I've never been so rudely treated in any food service and when we tried to bring our complaint to the manager, we were lied to and DENIED service! Details will be sent to Corporate about this Saturday lunchtime treatment.

  This McDonald’s in Beaufort has a sign that says they open at 7:00..yet the inside they refuse to open. They told me today that the drive thru is only open yet there was a customer inside…the excuse when I asked was if not enough people are inside, they won’t open the doors..just drive thru…well if the doors are locked nobody will come inside…the place needs to be fined for false advertising as they are not truly open when they say they are. I wanted to have breakfast with my 11 year old daughter before school. Instead we had to sit in the car. Not the end of the world but I am just big on “do what you say you are going to do.” If the sign says open at 7:00 and we go at 7:20..we should be able to sit inside.
