  Mobile order $28 for birthday. You forgot the birthday girls French crueller donut $2.79 & the lid for the zero blackberry tangerine wasn't put on all the way so it spilled everywhere! That was $4.99 and was the birthday girls to 😞 Bummer that customer service isn't really customer service anymore! Disappointed!

  All of them they are a great people, but there is just a one employee there she’s I think the manager she had a bad attitude over me every time I go because of my race and that’s so bad today I go there to shove my coffee. she totally ignored me. She actually didn’t understand my language. I said you know what thank you don’t worry I don’t need the coffee very bad people racist meaning

  The new staff members are terrible. Bad attitudes. Coffee is never right anymore. Morehead location by Lowes is so much better. I will start going there instead. Especially for how much I pay for my coffee's.

  Nasty bathrooms doesn't switch food when supposed too if nobody orders the food they reheat it a serv it even if it's old they don't change out their drinks like they're supposed to extremely lazy workers
