We understand that the lobby may have been closed but we expressed it was not physically possible for us to go through the drive-thru with the bus. We decided that the whole soccer and softball team would WALK THROUGH the drive thru. We stood there for almost 10 minutes. 1 worker came out to make conversation and laugh about our unfortunate situation. As we turned to leave we were welcomed with unprofessional waves from employees working the window.

- OOOtrMar 28, 20261.0It is currently 1140, I pull up to drive thru, no answer I say hello, no answer. I drive to the drive through window, the guy looks me in the face, I ask are yall closed? He walks away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY If you’re not going to respect business hours because you want to close early the least you could do is do the minimum part of your job and reply that you are closed not look me in my face and rudely walk of. Very disappointed.
