Outer Banks Boil Company solves that dilemma by offering our acclaimed signature seafood boils via our "You Steam"- "Best Pot To Go" take-out ( packed in it's own pot ready to steam on your stovetop) , or for groups of 10 or more, our on-location catered events. Jumbo shrimp, authentic andouille sausage, sweet fresh corn, buttery red bliss potatoes and sweet Vidalia onion are all layered, expertly seasoned, and cooked together via our signature boil/steam process. Served with our very own cocktail sauce, lemon and seasoning you can make it an epic seafood feast by adding Alaskan snow crab clusters, lobster tails, jumbo sea scallops, clams and mussels!
