  I placed a mobile order at 10:25 am . I live 2 minutes away. Got in my car and was in line by 10:30 am- the lady at the speaker- very rude didn’t even try to solve anything with me. Just said nope too late for breakfast your money will be refunded in 2 days. Mind you I come here and am regular all the time… there are some great people in there but - this was very poor customer service seriously. There are much bigger things going on in life. Get a grip. Very disappointed in the customer service here lately. If someone orders before the deadline & prepaid, you better have that ready. It would be one thing had I ordered right at 10:30am but this was before and was paid for. Why even be allowed to pay online if they are going to do that?

  I don't usually review a McDonald's, but this one is an exception. I went to this location for a little breakfast while waiting for my dog to be done at the groomer. There was a part of me that said just order through the app and eat it in my truck. But I'm glad I didn't! The staff here was probably the friendliest I've seen at a McDonald's. They knew a lot of the customers by name, greeted everyone that came in and it seemed like a local mom and pop restaurant the way they moved around and treated everyone. It was clean and will definitely return. Keep up the good work.
