  I don't know where to start. I'm the general manager of Ioannis Grill. I've been in the service industry for over 30 years. The way I was treated in this grocery store today was beyond unbelievable. While looking for a pack of pistachios I asked the girl with long black hair that was pushing a big car. If she could help me right off the bat she rolled her eyes at me and discussed then pointed towards a counter and said behind there. To reiterate, I asked her and then she raised her voice and screamed at me and said behind the bananas. I quickly walked away from her and went to a manager. The manager was completely clueless and had no idea about customer service or what to do in that situation. He looked like a deer in headlights and had no answer for me or it did not even apologize to me. After I found out the manager was a complete waste of time. I just gave up and continued to shop for some reason as I did. I passed by the same lady with the long black hair. Probably in her mid-40s and a another younger girl in her twenties. Maybe they started to mock me and laugh at me. All the sudden the girl with the long black hair said she chooses violence. I'm going to be making a call to the police department to find out what I can do about pressing charges for a verbal threat. I'm also going to be contacting corporate. There is no place for this whatsoever and any kind of business establishment and I'm sure the owners of this business would be thrilled to know that literally nobody is in charge here it seems like and it's complete anarchy with customer service

  Great store and even better employees! I worked retail for over 15 years and I have never, ever been in a store with such great customer service. Every single employee we encountered went above and beyond helping, providing friendly, down to earth excellence! We are from Chapel Hill on vacation but if we lived here this would permanently be our Food Lion! Thank you and awesome job everyone!

  Very clean and organized well. Stocked up and neat, which can be hard in grocery! Always friendly staff. Great meat department, fresh produce, and awesome beer cooler area. Nice variety of selections. Always my store while at the beach!
